So far so good

So far so good. The sales person for USHUD did a great job. I've been set up with USHUD.com as an agent and received 3 leads... now it's up to me to help these buyers. Looking forward to great things.

Great communication from the sales side…

The communication from the sales side is top notch. I had cancelled my membership as I initially felt the leads I was receiving were not converting because they were led to believe I would find them properties that were in foreclosure, of which I do not have that information. The sales team called and explained very well how they have changed their program. They were very thorough in the explanation and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I appreciated that very much from Tara and Jennifer. I hope this will be a good experience going forward.

Catch them if you can

Simply this. I didn't buy into connecting with your company to be chasing people. That's good for a rookie loan officer. I also spoke with some of the realtors and they're having a similar problem of making contact with the leads

They promised a minimum of 10 qualified…

They promised a minimum of 10 qualified a month. Only 9 bogus leads in 2 months. They refuse to refund after putting it in writing. Stay away from these people.

I have had 7 leads- no live human interaction

I have had 7 leads.. not a one of them answered, had working phone voicemail set up or if there was a voicemail set up.. it was not a name or normal human greeting. So far, 100% of leads have all been what appear to be fake. No responses to email or texts. This looks like a scam and I will likely request a refund very soon. Also, I was promised more leads than I am getting.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. What you’re experiencing is not typical for USHUD. Based on our quality control data, we normally reach about 50% of leads by phone on the first call, with additional engagement through follow-up.

so far, I have only received 2 leads, 1 was for something else and the other, no responses...hard to believe I have an entire county and nobody is inquiring about home mortgages?

She listened!

I asked Katelyn a lot of questions and told her all of the bad experiences I had had. She was very patient and understanding about my doubts that this program would be different. By the time we were finished I felt like I had made a friend!

Just felt at ease

Just felt at ease, so use to companies interested in the sale and not the customer you are selling. Just like real estate nobody wants to be sold. They want to see value. We are still in that grace area was I sold or is their value. Time will tell1111
