Really good communication.
I have just received my order from Utility this morning. It was delivered with care and right on time. Thank you to the two delivery guys who carried it up many flights of stairs! Great teamwork from both!

We’ve recently relocated and consequently we have been in need of new lights and some furniture - we bought 3 Hay Pendants, a Flos Glo Ball Pendant, a Blomus Fera Side Table & a Ferm Living Plant Box on Stand. These arrived quickly and efficiently and are just what we needed. We’ve used utility for many years and have always been very happy with the service offered and the products delivered!

I placed a web order in September. The online shop made it clear that the item was out of stock. I received confirmation of the order and an apology that the order could not be fulfilled immediately, but I would be kept up to date by email. I received 2 or 3 such emails and the order was actually delivered before schedule and well in time to gift as a birthday present. Throughout the contact Utility Design has been affable, courteous and painstaking in its attention to customer services. I couldn’t rate them more highly. Thank you all. My only complaint is that the objet d’art that arrived was in every regard far superior to the photograph on the web site and they really don’t do themselves justice.

Delivery drivers were great. Really helpful. Installed the furniture perfectly.

Perfect and easy delivery of a USM Haller unit. Polite staff who placed the assembled unit exactly where I wanted it and made sure it was level and in perfect condition. They took the packaging away with them. All very quick. The unit looks beautiful.

I was kept informed on my delivery and the gentleman who delivered it was super friendly and efficient. The whole process of buying from utility from picking fabrics to delivery has been great. Such warm, knowledgeable and honest interactions with all staff. Not just trying to get that sale.
