Ware bestellt und erhalten, anschließend vom Wiederrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und die Ware zurückgeschickt. Auch 2 Wochen nach Erhalt der Ware beim Verkäufer laut Sendungsverfolgung warte ich immernoch auf meine Rückerstattung. Auch der Wiederruf ist bereits über 4 Wochen her. Auf mehrfache Rückfrage kommt zwar eine Rückmeldung, aber ohne konkrete Informationen zum aktuellen Status - lediglich „Kontakt zum Verkäufer hergestellt bzgl. Warenerhalt“. Nach erneuter Rückfrage kam eine Standardmail, die ich nach Mitteilung der geforderten Infos bereits erhalten habe. Ich habe mittlerweile das Gefühl, dass das Wiederrufrecht nicht wirklich eingehalten wird und damit falsch geworben wird. Schade wenn man bedenkt, dass die Rücksendung ebenfalls zum Nachteil des Verbrauchers läuft….

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut mir aufrichtig leid, dass sich der gesamte Prozess für Sie so langwierig und unklar gestaltet hat. Wir verstehen sehr gut, wie frustrierend das Warten auf eine Rückerstattung sein kann.
Ich möchte Ihnen gerne erklären, dass eine Rückerstattung erst dann bearbeitet werden kann, wenn der Verkäufer die zurückgesandte Ware tatsächlich erhalten hat und bestätigt, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Dieser Vorgang kann je nach Verkäufer und Versanddienstleister etwas länger dauern – insbesondere, wenn die Rücksendung aus dem Ausland erfolgt oder der Transport sich verzögert.
Ich habe soeben den Status Ihres Widerrufs überprüft und kann bestätigen, dass der Verkäufer die Rücksendung inzwischen erhalten und geprüft hat. Auf dieser Grundlage wurde der Betrag für das Produkt bereits auf Ihr Konto zurückerstattet.

How about ordering 4 boxes Pokémon cards with black friday discount, which are most probably fake...
I just got my shipment, and opened a pack. Instead there should be 10 cards each package. There was 9 in the first one and held it to the Light.
And i can see right through!!!!
These are definetely fake!
Almost 120 euro gone for fake stuff.
Now what? Because i lost money to stuff that isn't real!!!
The only thing that went right was the delivery time.. what the hell dudes!
Don't sell people fake stuff! Easy money making right?

Commande effectuée il y a 15jours, toujours rien recu c etait un besoin pour ce w.e c est donc fichu. Au vue des commentaires je pense que le site devrait clairement ecrire que pour etre livré il faut attendre 1mois voir 1mois et demi ca eviterai les mauvaises surprises ! Car quand on voit ecrit "livraison express" non, on ne s attend pas a un delais qui est "normal" comme répondu a plusieurs reprises par Uzo. Quel vendeur met 15jours a envoyé un colis en 2025 sans deconner? Vous vivez sur quelle planete pour trouver ca normal?? Prenez conseil aupres d amazon ou temu c est plus efficace...

Je tiens à préciser que toutes les informations concernant les délais d’expédition et de livraison sont disponibles publiquement sur le site UZO, et que le client les accepte lors de la validation de la commande. Ces conditions existent parce que de nombreux vendeurs indépendants proposent leurs produits sur notre plateforme, chacun avec ses propres capacités logistiques.
Dans la grande majorité des cas, les vendeurs expédient les commandes bien plus rapidement que le délai maximum indiqué. Cependant, il peut malheureusement arriver que l’envoi pr prenne plus de temps, ce que nous comprenons parfaitement et pour quoi nous nous excusons sincèrement.

dziękuję za Pani opinię i bardzo przepraszam za wszystkie nieprzyjemności, które Panią spotkały. Chciałabym wyjaśnić, że sytuacja została już dokładnie omówiona w naszej wcześniejszej korespondencji.
Niestety doszło do ludzkiego błędu – moja koleżanka omyłkowo wprowadziła niewłaściwą kwotę do zwrotu. Gdy tylko błąd został zauważony, natychmiast go skorygowaliśmy i zleciliśmy pełny zwrot środków.
Z informacji, które posiadamy, wynika, że pełna kwota powinna być już na Pani koncie.
Bardzo mi przykro, że ta sytuacja mogła stworzyć wrażenie braku profesjonalizmu. Mimo że staramy się robić wszystko najlepiej, czasem może dojść do błędu - najważniejsze jednak, że został on od razu naprawiony.
Jeśli miałaby Pani jakiekolwiek pytania lub coś nadal wydaje się niejasne, proszę się ze mną skontaktować - chętnie pomogę.

Ho ordinato un calendario dell’avvento dei Pokémon Funko Pop e il prodotto è arrivato con un mese di ritardo. Non solo: non era originale e i personaggi all’interno non corrispondevano alla descrizione.
Ho segnalato la truffa al portale, ma non ho ricevuto alcun supporto. Inoltre, la contestazione doveva essere presentata entro soli 5 giorni dalla consegna, un termine irragionevole che rende praticamente impossibile tutelarsi.
Questo sito si è dimostrato del tutto inaffidabile: nessun controllo di qualità sui prodotti e sui fornitori, nessuna attenzione al cliente e nessuna tutela in caso di problemi.
Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo portale.

Siamo davvero dispiaciuti per la sua esperienza e comprendiamo perfettamente la sua insoddisfazione.
Vorremmo tuttavia chiarire che UZO è un marketplace, e ogni prodotto è venduto e spedito direttamente dai singoli venditori. Ogni venditore stabilisce anche le proprie condizioni di reclamo, che sono pubblicamente indicate sul nostro sito e che vengono accettate al momento dell’ordine.
Nel caso specifico, il venditore accetta reclami entro 5 giorni dalla consegna, e purtroppo questo periodo non è stato rispettato.
Una volta superata tale tempistica, secondo le regole del venditore, non siamo più autorizzati ad aprire una contestazione.
Ci dispiace sinceramente che il prodotto non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative e che i tempi di consegna siano stati più lunghi del previsto. La invitiamo comunque a contattare la nostra assistenza per valutare eventuali alternative, poiché cerchiamo sempre di aiutare i nostri clienti nel miglior modo possibile, nei limiti delle politiche stabilite dai venditori.

Complete Disappointment – Misleading “Express Delivery” and Zero Accountability
I placed my order on 13 November 2025 and paid extra for Express Delivery, which was clearly advertised as 4–11 business days. It has now been 13 business days, and there is still no sign of delivery.
After chasing the company multiple times, they still cannot provide any exact delivery date. Their response is simply that they are “an online marketplace” and don’t know when the item will be delivered. This is completely unacceptable, especially when they were happy to charge extra for a service they clearly cannot provide.
I have repeatedly asked for a refund for the express delivery fee, but they avoid the question entirely. Every reply is just another generic apology saying the item is “on the way,” with no real solution or accountability.
This feels like a misleading and dishonest business practice. I would strongly recommend avoiding UZO altogether. I will be reporting the company to UK Trading Standards and hope regulators take action.
Save yourself the hassle – shop elsewhere.

I spent ￡34 bought a funko harry potter advent calendar which is apparently fake, totally different product with the same packaging as funko.... very disappointing!!!
And to reply to you Asha, I have contacted your compliant team, you ask me to return the product on my own cost and also it have to be returned within 5 days I received it... You have all the clauses there making a refund impossible! And it's totally a set up scam-will you open an Advent Calender before December?

NEVER EVER ORDER ON UZO
Even if on order is written "free return", I tried to return the articles which didn't match the description and some of them arrived broken for one month, but they are asking me to ship the parcel to China and pay for it.
They denigrated me and they will do it again and they threaten me if I don't stop complaning about UZO.
I will report them at consumer protection in Romania, so they will never be allowed to sell stuff on romanian market.
They are scammers!!!
LE: Asha, you are asking me to pay around 50 usd or more to send the stuff back to China without knowing if I will ever receive my return money back (160 usd). In the reviews for UZO many people are complaining they never received their money back. When I placed the order was stated clear that the return is FREE.
Trustpilot, it will better to allow people to load pictures to prove their affirmations.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding your return request.
You asked to withdraw from the purchase and return the products. We immediately sent you the return request along with the required form and kindly asked you to complete it. After receiving the completed form, we provided you with the return address and waited for the confirmation of shipment, including the tracking number, so we could inform the seller and proceed with the refund process.
However, until the parcel is actually shipped back to the seller, we are not able to issue a full refund, as the return must be confirmed by the carrier.
We would also like to mention that you were offered a refund for the items damaged during transport, but you declined this option and insisted on returning the entire order instead.
To ensure fairness, we will now confirm to our finance department the refund for the damaged items, as originally offered.

I ordered a winter oversized padded…
I ordered a winter oversized padded jacket, but the product I received was different from what was shown in the pictures. The lining was supposed to be long-fur according to the photos, but instead I received a jacket with a simple fleece-type lining. The size is fine, but I can’t wear a hoodie underneath it at all, which is disappointing because a winter jacket should allow room for a sweater or hoodie—especially if it’s advertised as oversized. The jacket is thin and not warm enough.
Otherwise, the ordering process was okay, the delivery time was reasonable, and I received all the confirmation emails without issues.

La ringraziamo per il Suo feedback.
Desideriamo precisare che, dopo la creazione dell’ordine, La abbiamo contattata per informarLa che il prodotto non poteva essere spedito con un metodo più veloce e che l’unica opzione disponibile era la spedizione via mare, che richiede normalmente 11–34 giorni lavorativi. Lei ha confermato questa informazione e ha accettato i tempi di consegna indicati.
Il Suo ordine è stato spedito il 24/10 e, ad oggi, sono trascorsi circa 27 giorni lavorativi, il che rientra nei tempi previsti per il trasporto marittimo. Pertanto, la spedizione non è in ritardo, ma procede secondo i tempi di transito dichiarati.
È importante tenere presente che la spedizione via mare dipende da molti fattori esterni, come le condizioni meteorologiche, il traffico portuale, i controlli doganali e la disponibilità delle navi cargo. Per questo motivo i tempi possono variare, anche se rimangono comunque all’interno dell’intervallo stimato.

W przypadku, gdy zamawiacie Państwo produkty od sprzedawcy z Chin, zwroty muszą być odesłane bezpośrednio do Chin, ponieważ to sprzedawca, od którego Pan zamówił, ma siedzibę tam.
Wszystkie te informacje, w tym procedura zwrotu, są wyraźnie opisane na naszej stronie internetowej, aby uniknąć nieporozumień. Rozumiemy, że to może być niewygodne, ale staramy się, aby proces zwrotów był jak najprostszy.

Pedi unas botas y pague para envío urgente, las botas han llegado dos meses después de realizar el pedido. Pedí un 38 y lo que me llegó fue para un pie 36-37 devolverlas cuesta casi lo mismo que lo que cuestan. Encima estás son una copia de lo que enseñan en la foto. Nunca volveré a comprar en esta página y no la recomiendo.

Vi er meget kede af, at du har haft en sådan oplevelse. Der opstod desværre en systemfejl, som ingen kunne forudse, og det er årsagen til forsinkelsen. Så snart fejlen blev opdaget, blev refusionen straks behandlet. Vi forstår, at dette har været frustrerende, og vi beklager virkelig den forsinkelse, du har oplevet.

Ganz offensichtlich ein Scam
Ganz offensichtlich ein Scam. Ware nicht erhalten seit über 2 Monaten und auch das Geld nicht zurückerhalten.
Unternehmen sitzt in Dubai und somit greift leider kein Gericht innerhalb Österreichs. Aber wir konnten ein tschechisches Unternehmen ausfindig machen, weshalb wir in dem Land um Amtshilfe gebeten haben.

Alternativ können Sie uns auch weitere Informationen zu Ihrer Bestellung zur Verfügung stellen, damit wir diese überprüfen können. Leider konnten wir die Bestellung unter diesem Namen nicht finden.

The article I ordered and entirely played for was NEVER delivered to me. I payed even the Express delivery. After one month during which I wrote 5 messages the newest answer was that they are waiting for the seller's point of view. Outrageous! I made it clear that I want my money back, I am not interested in their relation with the seller. After one month they still ask me to be patient.

UZO operates as a marketplace, which means we connect customers with sellers from all over the world. In the event of any issue, we must follow the official process and communicate directly with the seller, as they are the ones responsible for shipping the order.
In your case, a complaint for a non-delivered order has already been opened with the seller, and we are currently waiting for their official response so we can proceed and resolve the situation for you.
I completely understand how frustrating the waiting can be, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I am actively monitoring the case, and as soon as I receive an update from the seller, I will contact you immediately.

Envoie moyennement long (3 semaines) mais c'est un délai normal pour un produit qui vient de Chine. La commande était conforme à la description et aux photos, entièrement satisfaite.
