Started off good. Rung me out of the blue to say the item was out of stock despite the website saying it was in stock.

Then silence.

Sent an email chasing said item, was told it should be here two days ago... still waiting.

You just need to do what you did in the first place and keep people updated!

Not a good experience, had to return the item, I telephoned twice to check how to return the item and twice I was told to take package to post office and quote the order number, they didn’t know what on earth I was on about, so I just paid up !!! £3.10 . The item I purchased was £25.00 , they are going to charge me£6.00 return postage , plus I’ve had to pay extra £3.10 , wish I hadn’t bothered ordering 😡

Lovely looking value and fantastic delivery. However the after sales is appalling. The British gas plumber I have used many times found that it leaked and so had to remove to investigate, only to find that the thread had sheared off and was left on the opposite thread. Yes the plumber scratched the valve when undoing it. The response I got was, no refund and no replacement because they claimed the plumber must have over tightened. The fact that the valve was faulty and leaked, is not their responsibility.
If they actually listened and heard that the nut damage was after it failed, 'frustrating to say the least' it might have been the least they could have done, but instead I hot rude responses, with attitude. Do not use this company if you're looking for quality and respectful service. Good luck if you run with it.
In response to your reply, I trust that the British gas plumber that I have used on all my other jobs is component as does British gas for the many years he has been employed him. Your valve failed resulting in need to remove the valve being required for investigation.
Your instant dismissive response and not accepting any responsibility at all, is what has affected only factor of my decision to never use your company again and I stand by my warning to any other potential customers.

Great product, fast delivery and Reasonable price. Only slight gripe would be that the heater was slightly dented, however it works perfectly and you cannot see the dent from the front so really a minor complaint. I would use this company again anytime!
