Excellent service. The radiator element arrived very quickly.

My shower squeegees and fittings are excellent. The customer service, five year warranty and free delivery are First Class.

Do not trust this company with your hard earned money. Ordered some panels, delivery was late delaying the fitter which cost us money. They had no idea what was happening with the delivery as couldn’t contact the supplier. Arrived late and the delivery driver propped the panels against the wall. We had them fitted a week later and none of us realised until we tried to click them together that the delivery driver had actually bent them by putting them on the wall. There was nothing on the box to say lay flat like they usually do with things that bend. Valve kings response was the instructions were in the box, bit late really!!! The delivery driver took a photo of them against the wall which I requested and valve kings refused to give it to me as they know they bent them. So 600 pounds later we are left with some bent panels and no refund as we got sole blame from the company for trying to fit them. As I said the bend was not noticeable. They refunded me a measly £50 delivery cost, cheers. Please don’t bother I wouldn’t want anyone being in the same position as us. Saved hard to get what we wanted and we are so sad about it. I wish I’d just bought them from somewhere more reputable which listened to customers instead of ignoring them. Send me the photo valve kings and I can take this further

Had to return a towel radiator which had a dodgy box to begin with; I used interparcel courier and Valveking refused to refund me anything - saying that the courier sent it with damaged box and unsaleable condition.
I could only get back under £30 from the courier cover.
Valvekings should have been more courteous and given me a partial refund at least.

Excellent products and very competative prices - these were quality TRV valves, weighty & solid, not at all like the cheap looking ones you can get elsewhere for almost the same price!! Well packed & fast tracked shipment too.

Prompt Service with excellent courier.
However slightly disappointed with the quality of this particular radiator in that the chromed wall bracket was significantly bent.
This must of left the factory like this as there was no damage to packaging or the chrome itself.
Normally we would have asked for a replacement but with a carefully placed bead of caulking, it will not be seen.
Apart from this the product does look amazing once fitted.
