Hassle Free
So easy from start to finish. Absolutely no hassle - easy to order and pay and goods were despatched in 40 mins with delivery the next morning. Packaged really well too will definately recommend this company to family and friends.

I was sent the wrong radiator but…
I was sent the wrong radiator but customer service sorted out the issue and the correct one arrived 1 week later. Good company to deal with.

BUYERS BEWARE!!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! 2 massive mirrored radiators arrived smashed to pieces. Valvekings accused plumber of manhandling items and point blank refused to accept any responsibility that the item had arrived broken. Valvekings refused to refund an item that had been fitted. It had NOT been fitted (it was completely smashed, why would it be fitted?!)
As with other complaints on here, Valvekings will adopt sarcastic defence strategies to appear "reasonable". There is no discussion if you report a problem. You will be ignored.
Trader drags out attempts at dispute resolution until the buyer gives up trying to resolve things. This is apparent in other reviews too. We wish we'd dug deeper into what negative reviews said about valve kings (which discuss exactly this kind of poor treatment) instead of seeing the good ones we wanted to. In addition, valves are terrible quality (plastic and brittle/flimsy).
Don't trust a company the other side of the country to send you an item like this in the post. Go to a reputable trader. Inspect your items and take them away yourself. Customer services can only be tested when there's a problem. Easy to be nice when things are easy.

A fabricated review in response to the customer opening a chargeback, despite being well outside of the agreed returns period. Evidence was provided by both parties to the case and the customer did not receive the outcome they had hoped. Our customer service, quality of product and general level of service can be reflected in our overall review score. We go above and beyond for our customers and we have a clear and fair returns policy which we follow. There will always be customers who do not follow policy and use the review request in a malicious manner.
