A really great service, quality item, not fitted yet but all arrived in good time, Courier was efficient and cheery.

Did not check that the item purchased was the same colour as their website photo and apparently it wasn't even similar
Had to request a return.
Having said that , Morgan was a polite person and a refund was given quickly
May use again but would have to see a photograph of the actual one they would send before buying
Another one was suggested that looked great
May try this one , but once bitten ?
Otherwise I would have given them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very pleased with the service. I emailed to enquire when to expect delivery and promptly received a reply with the details. Item arrived very well packed but it has not been fitted yet so as long as it works well too, I will e very happy

I ordered a heating element which was out of stock. They contacted me promptly and offered a higher wattage substitute at the same price which was delivered next day. This is the second time I have dealt with this supplier and will do so in the future.

Ordered a copper finish towel radiator before 2pm and it was delivered the next day!!!
Very pleased with the radiator appearance but as it's yet to be installed can't comment on performance.

Ordered copper radiator valves; they arrived next day and quality very good.

Bought a radiator and it arrived quickly. It was a different colour than I anticipated so I phoned to arrange a collection and refund. I was told to email a request which I did but had no reply. After lots of emails and telephone calls I finally got confirmation that I could have a refund. They do not collect items so had to pay £16 to have a sent back by a courier. (It was the smallest radiator they sell, so ridiculous price to post back) They then deducted a further £10 from my refund for delivering it to me in the first place! So my return cost me £26!! Ridiculous. Wish I’d used a large internet store who would have collected it for free and given me a full refund!

Really impressed with my traditional corner radiator valves. Had previously bought from a different supplier for a lot more but actually the exact same product.
Customer service was helpful too before I ordered, answering my questions clearly and in a friendly manner. To top all that, delivery was prompt and at no extra charge.
What more could you ask!
