Excellent service
Excellent service. These guys did a flat move for me at very short notice, at a competitive price. I appreciated their good communication, responding quickly to emails and phone calls, unlike so many companies these days. The driver was friendly and efficient and got the job done in no time at all. Would definitely use them again.

An excellent service from start to finish.
We had an emergency need for the removal of a large amount of rubbish (tenants!).
The phone was answered when I tried calling quite late, and the agreement of the job arranged without quibble or query.
The following morning the clearance was done as promised and on time.

Would definitely use Van Man York again
After submitting the quote form on the website Ralph was in touch almost immediately with information. There was a mistake in the day I had booked for but this was rectified straight away. On the day of the move the van was on time and easily made it down the narrow street. The driver was friendly and efficient and everything was packed safely in the van.

This is the 3rd time that we have used Ralphs team at Van Man York Removals. They were very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They wrapped the furniture so it was protected in transit and made sure nothing would move and be damaged. I would highly recommend Van man to anybody.

Very efficient service
I was stressing about the hassle of moving and how much time it would take (and therefore how much cost), and while it was a lot of effort between us, Van Man York was professional and very efficient, not taking more time than was necessary to complete the job. It was as efficiently done as I can imagine.

Worthwhile house moving experts
We got Alan and his van to help us move house. He was fantastic. Incredibly helpful, professional and hard working. He protected our furniture, packed the van and unpacked on the other side with no problems or damage.
We would use his services again if we need to.

Excellent advice and service from Ralph…
Excellent advice and service from Ralph and moving teams every time, which is now 3 moves. Ralph is very supportive and has accommodated late change to moving day. The last move was combining Pickfords storage removal and house move 40 miles away from York and all went smoothly as planned. Highly recommended and dependable!

First class service moving van load of daughter’s ‘life’ from south London to York.Adam & Alan were excellent and dismantled & rebuilt furniture where needed etc and kept me informed through the day. First class and will use again.

Above expectations
I contacted Van Man York based on their reviews, for an upcoming house move which our original removal company were unable to accommodate due to a date change. Ralph was polite and extremely helpful, checking diaries instantly and although he was not able to service our removal directly due to already being booked, he put me in touch with an alternative removals business which he felt confident to recommend.
Due to being booked already, Ralph had nothing to gain financially from this, but gave up his time in arranging an alternative business to quote for our move. This is a refreshing approach and I will be contacting Van Man York again for future removals.
