Expensive but good delivery
My uni kept advertising Kit Keeper as this really amazing storage company and offered us all these student discounts, but it still felt like bad value for money. Even the packing resources were expensive. But to their credit the delivery side was really good - the pickup guy was fast and effective, and my boxes were all dropped off in my flat for me in September.

I’m glad the delivery side went smoothly and that the team looked after you well. On the pricing, I’m sorry it didn’t feel like great value overall. We try to keep things as affordable as we can while covering the logistics, labour, and insurance behind the service. On the packing / boxes, hopefully you found them to be higher quality than standard. A lot of our customers do choose to use their own boxes to save money but unfortunately we do see a lot of those are very easily damaged because suppliers cut corners on cardboard quality. That said, I completely understand where you’re coming from.
We’re currently reviewing our packaging and pricing for next year, so this feedback is very helpful. We do also partner with several universities so depending where you're at we can offer discounts etc. so if you ever did want to book again, please feel free to reach out and we can sort something out for you.
