Fantastic service from Rony! He arrived on time, got straight to work even though there was stuff everywhere. Didn't have an issue getting things down from the 3rd floor and was amazing getting everything into the storage unit. Made everything so much easier! 1000% would hire again

Following a recommendation, I booked Van OD via email and found the booking process easy. Unfortunately, moving day itself was disappointing.

They arrived over half an hour late and complained several times about the estimated 1.5-hour job, despite this being the timeframe I had been given when booking. Although I had booked two movers, I ended up doing quite a lot of the carrying myself, particularly on the stairs, to help keep things moving.

There were also repeated comments about having other jobs to get to, which meant I decided to leave a number of things behind and move them myself in the car instead. They left before everything had been moved, so my parents, both in their 60s, had to help me carry my belongings inside.

The initial communication and booking were fine, but unfortunately the moving experience itself didn’t live up to expectations and made the day very stressful.

I wouldn’t recommend them for a full house move, although if you just need a few items transported, they may be perfectly suitable.

Really excellent service from Igor taking all the stress out of moving. Turned up right on time, got stuck in loading up and within about 15 minutes we were on our way from Bristol to Cardiff. Good tunes too.

Booking process with Robin was easy and the pricing was transparent and very reasonable.

Robin & his team were brilliant, Robin made the booking very easy. Answered all my questions and the movers looked after all our stuff. We had a 3 hour slot for a 3 bed house move. 2 large Luton vans and 4 movers. Initially, I thought we would have around 30 boxes. Turned out to be 60-70 so told Robin once we packed and he said he can have another van on standby which we surprisingly diddnt need. Highly reccomend 100%.

Renan was great, punctual, quick and friendly. The booking was easy, no hassle, no over-thinking, just straight forward. Priced competitively, and good value given the service and peace of mind.

Really fab experience! I booked with Van OD to help me move house within Bristol. Efficient and friendly communication to arrange the booking, and Robin gave me an estimate for roughly how long it would take, which was really helpful. We booked a large van with two helpers. The guys turned up a few minutes early, and worked very hard and efficiently. They were also super friendly and careful with our things! Despite having to wait around 15/20 mins outside our new house (it was completion day), they still completed the whole thing in 3.5 hours and even helped us take things upstairs in the new place which I don't think we technically paid for. Would definitely use again! Thanks 😌

Arranging the booking was swift and easy. Other sites make it a pain in the behind so it was a nice change having something that ended up being so swift.
Would definitely use and recommend their services in the future.

I've used VANOD for 3 full house moves and smaller jobs moving large items such as sofas and exercise bikes.

They've always done a great job, attending promptly, communicating well and charging very fairly.

Everyone at Van OD was wonderful! Robin did all the arranging and was great at keeping us in the loop, especially with a bit a strange same day drop off pick up situation. Farouk our man with the van arrived exactly on time, super helpful loading things in and out and was just a lovely person to spend a couple hours with. Great crew all round. I've already booked them in again for more trips later in the year. Cheers!

The company got back to me really quickly after I made my inquiry, they were able to provide a service for just when I wanted it, and at a really good price. It’s an excellent service, so convenient, and so much easier than hiring a van yourself!

My driver called me earlier in the day to help me confirm the booking as I like to do so just incase.
When it came time for the booking, he was on time on the dot and was very polite and friendly. He helped me move my items on and off the van and made great conversations during the drive.
Additionally, Robin who I first interacted with on Reddit when I was searching for Van service too has been wonderful. From the reddit post where he answered any question I had, all the way to informing me of accommodating me incase of any flight delays and that they could delay the van at no extra charge incase of any issues.
The whole experience was wonderful and I'll be sure to book their van service again in the future when I move next. Thanks!!!
