Fantastic service. The communication was great throughout. Farouk and his helper worked very hard and efficiently. They collected and took furniture to 2 separate locations. I thought it would take 2.5 hours and they worked so fast it took 1.5 hours. They were respectful and polite. Highly recommend.

Really communicative, very helpful and was able to accommodate a last minute booking to move all my stuff into storage. The 2 guys who came to help went above and beyond to get everything done in time. Highly recommend this company, so easy and made moving day much easier

We used Van OD to move some large furniture items into storage. They sent Renan and Bruno, who arrived exactly on time and expertly negotiated a narrow lane and difficult driveway entrance. They were quiet and courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and handled large and heavy items with apparent ease. They were attentive to our concerns about the more valuable items and the van was well equipped with blankets and restraining straps. Once at the storage they utilised the space efficiently when unloading the items so they managed to fit them all in easily. They completed a great job, all within the expected timeframe, and we'd be very happy to use them again.

Made the booking with Robin who was really quick in getting back to me. The day I moved the rain was falling which was a concern for me as I didnt want to get the carpet dirty as I was renting. The movers came the morning, I explained my concerns and they took off their shoes and just moved everything that was upstairs, downstairs and then they moved everything to the truck which was amazing. Pricing was great and the guys were really efficient. This is the 2nd time I have used them to move.

I used Van OD to move between two houses only about three miles apart. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. I needed a large van and two people to help move my belongings. This company did a great job collecting various items of furniture from us in Langford and taking them to our daughter’s new place in Bristol. The price was fair and the items were well strapped in and looked after. We’ll use them again!
