Not perfect, but not bad.
I got a van (not the one I ordered because Nissan changed from NV300 to primastar and moved all the delivery dates).
Some flaky communication which caused some frustration as I was hiring a rental vehicle and needed to know when I would actually get a van.
Anyway, got a Dispatch which is great, good price and once I made a minor fuss, good response and outcome.

Sales experience very easy and…
Sales experience very easy and efficient however delivery dates kept moving and a significant delay was experienced in receiving the van. Had to chase weekly for updates.
The van however was exactly as ordered and extremely happy with it so far.
Good prices, good sales process, delivery not quite up to mark.

Delivery of Fiat Ducato 5.4m for camper fit out
The van was to expectation and all delivered as planned, saving a bundle. I was warned of potential delivery delays and long (8 months) lead in; reflecting the unusual times we find ourselves in. Fiat themselves created plenty of issues in accepting options on the order they subsequently could not deliver. Vanzone communicated these and made amendments to the order. I can't praise Vanzone enough and would be happy to use them again - which in itself speaks volumes.

Bought a maxus deliver 9 seamless…
Bought a maxus deliver 9 seamless process delivery was poor didn’t turn up then tried to not come day after van was filthy again not their fault the delivery company. Could have dealt with it after which they said they’d investigate and heard nothing since.

We have bought our second Citroen…
We have bought our second Citroen Berlingo in 6 months from Vanzone. Fairly easy to deal with which is why we went back to them for the second vehicle. The delivery was longer than expected but still soon enough for us (took about 6 weeks). I will definitely contact them when we need another van.

Vanzone customer experience
I have the '22 plate Citroen van I wanted at a good price. Ultimately that's a result. But Vanzone got my order because I was told initially by the salesperson that I would be getting the vehicle on the date I wanted it, w/b 6th March. The van was delivered to me, after much hassling on my part, on April 14th.
Obviously the 'small print' references delay possibilities and delivery estimates but I think the sales pitch was disingenuous. The Customer Services team were as helpful as they could be given the circumstances

In April I ordered a Citroen relay. The process was pretty straight forward. it arrived within 4 weeks and everyone did as they said they would.
I would use them again and if they offer you a good deal so should you!

bought a van from vanzone was a bit wairy as in the past i’ve only ever dealt with main dealers
the sales guy seemed genuine and promised me my new van within 4 weeks at the latest which was perfect . unfortunately what the sales guy told me was s**t
after 8 weeks of constant lies from the full team at van zone i was told that my van had just come in to the country , when i ordered the van it was suppose to be in this country ready for delivery
they kept telling me that my van needed to be authorised in shanghai and they were in lockdown so couldn’t contact them , but when i went into the local maxus dealer he laughed saying it was the first he heard of that
when my van was finally ready for delivery there manager rang me and said good news your van has come , but it gone up 4 grand plus vat
please keep away from this company they have no idea what there doing , they are incapable of selling vans . they should all be packing shelf’s at asda cause that’s the mental capacity of vanzone
ps if your gonna tell lies in the future make sure the whole team are aware 🤣

We have never lied to you.
This is a timeline of what happened:
• Shanghai went into lockdown (Maxus HQ is there).
Proof: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-china-60893070
• The ship was already at port in the UK (containing your van).
• Shanghai remained in lockdown (no workers at Maxus HQ to authorise release of the vehicles from the ship).
• The ship wasn’t allowed to stay at port, it was sent on to Holland (with your van still on it).
• The ship returned at a later date to unload your van.
• You no longer wanted the van due to the price increase imposed by Maxus.
• We refunded your deposit in full as requested.
Of course the main dealership didn’t agree with what we told you.
That is because (even with the price increase) we were offering you the same van for £1000s less than they could.
As for your comments about the hard-working people at Asda, we’re sure they wouldn’t appreciate what you have said. (And they probably would have spelt shelves correctly).
All facts considered, this review says a lot more about you than the unexpected hiccups caused by the current global circumstances.
We are a close knit, family run business and having heard how you have treated our team, we will never deal with you again.
As I’m sure you are aware, you will pay a great deal more elsewhere, we’ll pass our significantly better deals on to customers who deserve them.

Vanzone couldn't have been more helpful for us, they gave updates every step of the way. Although we did wait quite some time for delivery, this was out of Vanzones hands due to the way things are within the vehicle industry at this time! Good customer service!
