I ordered 2 vapes, they clearly took my money and now almost 1 month later they still have not showed up, save you time and dont let's these people scam you, emails go unanswered it is a horrible business with horrible customer service

Buyer Beware!! Horrible. Very delayed in getting to me, with little response from them, then discovered it won’t be coming because the post office confiscated it. Now no response from them about a refund.

THIS DESERVES ZERO STAR! I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed my order over a week ago, and my vape still hasn’t arrived. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out multiple times asking for an update, and I’ve received little to no response. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

If there was going to be a delay, the least they could have done was keep me informed instead of leaving me wondering where my order is. At this point, I feel like they don’t value their customers at all. I expected much better service, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no answers and no product.

I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared for long delays and poor customer support. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a business that actually communicates with its customers.

They are a scam! They just take your money but never deliver anything and because it’s vapes you can’t even report the fraud to anyone! DONT GIVE THEM A DIME!!

I made an order and when I got the email that it as shipped I didn’t get a tracking number so I emailed them and instantly some girl said give it until tomorrow and if nothing changes to email back. Well it’s been 2-3 days and nothing changed and I emailed her twice now and no quick response like the first time. Fingers crossed I get my product and don’t have to deal with the bullshit.

Absolutely the worst company on the internet. They will take your money and deliver nothing. I had to turn the charge in as fraudulent to get my money back. RUN FROM THESE THIEVES

This website offers competitive pricing for their products over brick and mortar shops. They have in the past mailed me products in an acceptable timeframe 7-10 days which is fine if you plan ahead. But the most recent order I made came back with replacement products shipped in place of similar ones I purchased. With 2 products missing. All attempts to contact for resolution go unanswered. I just want what is fair, a refund for the products that were not shipped. It is a bad business practice to charge my card for items that are not in stock or at the very least an email before substituting products. Buyer beware!

Fast delivery is a joke if I ever get my order at all! Phone numbers don’t work, contacts via email goes unanswered. I’m worried at this point that they’ve stolen my money and won’t ship my product. Shipping sight is a joke and you can’t get updates etc. They owe me $139.00!!! Thinking I’ll report not only to BBB but the FBI Fraud Department and everywhere else if I don’t get my order very soon.

Save your money and avoid the frustration. Their phone number doesn't work. Their email responses are templated non-answers. I placed an order 12 days ago and they won't provide any tracking details to confirm it's actually shipped. They tell you use Shop, but Shop shows only a label generated. There are far less frustrating sites to buy from. Skip this one
