Best price online and very good service.
The most competitive price online, good communication and quick delivery considering that I ordered during the Christmas break and we have the ongoing postal strikes.
The vape is very good and a bit of a bargain considering the build quality. Can't really see any reason to buy the updated model to be honest.

I apologise that your delivery took 4 working days to arrive, which was longer than the 1-2 working days stated at checkout. Black Friday demand, plus Royal Mail strikes put increased pressure on the postal network so they struggled to get deliveries to customers on time.

I wish I had looked here before ordering from this company. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago . The item was sent out but been delivered to god no where . Every time I contact them they keep saying 5 more days . The time was up today now they’re saying Monday . This item is what my daughter needs to take her medication . I will contact my bank and see if I can claim my money back

We raised a dispute for you with DPD last week, at your request, and advised that their process would take 6 working days. Having checked the correspondence you've had with a member of our team, I can see that we're expecting to have an update from you on Monday, which is one day later than originally advised. I do apologise for the delay as I know you expected a resolution by yesterday, however we have to wait for DPD to conclude their investigation.

If there was an option for zero stars…
If there was an option for zero stars then I will have chosen it. I’ve been sold a faulty mighty plus vapourizer that holds no battery charge. After emailing them asking for them to accept the return they told me they need video proof. To prove there is a fault with the battery I would have to provide evidence of a full charge which is 80 minutes and then use it for 15 mins until the battery fails. I’ve had the product just over three weeks so it’s well within the uk return policy. I’ve also asked for a replacement not a refund which they have no longer replied to. To top it off the phone number on the website is non existent.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your Mighty Plus. For any suspected faults, we typically require either a video, or for the device to be sent back to us for inspection. However for any issues with the battery, we're typically able to resolve for you without requiring either of these actions. I apologise for the misinformation you received. I've just sent you an email requesting further information so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.

This is my 2nd purchase from Vape Elevate, really happy with my Vape, does what it needs to and perfect size chamber for me.

Worst customer service ever!!
Worst customer service ever!!! Placed an order 14 days ago and paid extra for 1-2 days delivery.
Parcel has not arrived, been receiving excuses for days, haven’t received proof that something actually was sent and now they suggested that the parcel has not arrived because on my order I put the street name first and when they ask me my address again I said the building name first… this is ridiculous!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of shops online that know how to treat their customers!!!
Will contact the bank now and complain about these scam artists!

There have been a number of delays due to the Royal Mail postage strike, however if you placed your order 14 days ago, I'd expect for this to be with you by now. I'd be more than happy to look into this for you, so could you please send across an email at hello@vapeelevate.co.uk with your order number or delivery postcode so that we can escalate this with Royal Mail, and provide you with a refund if this is confirmed as lost?

Good product, was performing great the first week of having it, after a while, the vapour production has decreased (less steam), not sure why as I m doing everything the same. Overall great service and would defo recommend using this site.
