A fantastic organisation
A fantastic organisation! Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. Really informed, go the extra mile at every stage if they do not have the answers. There was an issue with my product and it was replaced quickly with no quibble smooth and easy communication. Perfect! The same issue happened with the replacement. Easy communication and the issue turns out it was a mistake I was making. This was resolved due to good communication and a resolution focused attitude. Rare do you find such fantastic customer service with great product. I would highly recommend.

The vape arrived within a few days and I'm very happy with it. The actual instructions on how to use it could be clearer rather than just a series of line drawn diagrams. However there are several 'How to use it' instructionals on line that go into better detail so I referred to them.

'The Mighty': a load of hot air or a warranted wonder?
After many months researching 'The Mighty' vaporizer, and talking myself out of justifying such an investment (average price coming in around £240 ish) I was eventually led to/stumbled across 'Vape Elevate' who had a great deal on for under £200 - which enabled me to purchase the 'spares and cleaning kit' alongside 'The Mighty' for long term maintenance. Quite simply, it is an excellent bit of kit - the battery is powerful yet quick to charge, changing green/refilling is surprisingly easy and fuss free; it is also extremely sturdy and durable yet feels light to hold and expensive to the touch. Of all the positives to come from this unit's purchase (there simply aren't many, if any, negatives) the biggest has to be the sheer amount of green one saves when using it - merely a pinch of the funky stuff goes a long, long way...leaving you to wonder just how much combustible you've wasted as smoke over the years?! 'The Mighty' steadily heats it to the perfect temp, extracting every last tasty terp' and heavenly high along the way. 'The Mighty': just your average, everyday portable peace of mind. Class.

I ordered the Pax 2 from Canada for a friend in Scotland and it was super easy to do so, unlike another place in the UK I admittedly tried before vape elevate. Arrived at its destination very quickly. Just 1 business day. She seems very happy with the product so far.

Missing Charger and poor service
Very dissapointed with my dealing with vape elevate. Ordered a Pax 3 complete kit and arrived with no charger. Not been able to use and enjoy and 4 days later still no charger, been updated it has been dispatched today. Had so much inconvenience after spending near £200, unbelievable that no offer of any good will gesture baffled me as the customer service is so poor and knowing this was no fault of mine. Customer does not expect this after paying that kind of money

I'm sorry to hear that your Pax 3 arrived without a charger and completely appreciate the inconvenience this may have caused. We've contacted the manufacturer about this, as this is the first report we've ever had of this kind.
Looking at our records, I can see you called us on Friday and an offer was made for a charger to be dispatched to you the next day. You declined and requested to return the item instead, so we advised you to send an email so we could provide a free returns label. However, you then contacted us on Monday asking for a replacement charger instead as you had already started using the device, and we responded that same day and dispatched this the next day.
We strive to offer the best customer service possible, however we're unable to provide free gifts or additional discounts as we need to ensure fairness amongst all of our customers. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the missing charger, and I hope you're enjoying your Pax 3.

Promised next day delivery until after payment when I received an email to say delivery will be 3 days instead of 1. Left work early to be home for the delivery at the promised time on day 3, and the item doesn't arrive. Seller let down by using delivery company, which is rarely on time. Poor show

I'm sorry to hear that your order has arrived later than expected. We provide a free Next Day delivery service for all orders over £100, however there are a number of postcodes that are excluded from this, which is highlighted on our delivery page.
As your postcode is listed on the exclusion list, this means your order can take 1-2 days longer to arrive. However I can see that this has been delayed further by an additional day, so I do apologise again for this taking longer than expected to reach you.
