Exactly the same as many verified purchasers. Order placed on Feb.2, received shipped info but it never updated then disappeared from radar.

Update: Mar 15, Customer support contacted me through Email. The person I communed with was empathetic and very helpful. I received a full refund within a few days. Thank you for helping, I'll be shopping here again.

I placed an order on January 13

I placed an order on January 13, tracking info never updated. I emailed customer support on Feb 9th for the order status. I received an email on February 10, stating they would check with the carrier, followed by an email on Feb . 12, advising the order was lost. I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. On February 24, I still had not received a refund. I contacted customer support to advise I had not received my refund and requested a receipt. I received a reply stating they will “chase it down” with finance and I would receive a response that day. It is now February 27, I still haven’t received a response, receipt, or a refund of $105.74. Once resolved, I will no longer use this company.

Customer service is a joke

I received an order. IT WASNT MINE OR NEARLY CLOSE TO MINE!! I have emailed them sent messages on social media and nothing. Of course they don’t tell you about the vaping “tax” when you check out so the total is an additional 50 bucks. At this point I want a refund and telling everyone to stay away from this company SCAM!!

This is the worst service I’ve ever…

This is the worst service I’ve ever received from an on-line vape company. My order went in Dec. 7th and of course they charged my credit card but after 12 days (it says 2-5 days delivery) I contacted them and several times since and all I get is their computer generated reply. I finally told them to credit my account so will see if that happens- I wouldn’t recommend them at all and if my reimbursement doesn’t come through I will also be contacting the BBB- Stay Away!!

Got a device and juice from vaping.com, the website is bad in functionality but service is even worst. Shipping takes forever even though they charge equivalent to priority. Second, if you need to get in contact with them, forget about it, it takes forever. Is like dealing with a company out of the 90’s AOL modem internet era (awful). When I finally got my order, the device was defective (it leaked, and burned my skin and lips) plus the juice was low-quality. I contacted them in order to get an exchange to discover that their “costumer service” is a joke. Good luck getting other then a generic email in response and when you do, they will tell you someone will follow up (“they will run an investigation on the issue” give me a break). Long story short, this company is a scam and they don’t stand behind their products. They don’t have a costumer support team, they don’t disclose who they are, where they are, their return policy is nowhere to be found, their business practices are third rate at best. I consider my experience with vaping.com bad and a waste of money, but I can warn other people out there from engaging in business with them.
I have reported them to the BBB and hope this can help consumers out there not to fall for this kind of business with poor business practices and even worst costumer service and products.

More than 2 weeks and the order still…

More than 2 weeks and the order still did not come. No proper customer support to answer inquiries.

Update- It took time, but eventually they responded and when the product couldn’t be delivered on time, they refunded and emailed me back. Wasn’t what I wanted to happen but at least it ended okay. Will try to order again but will do it at least one month till I need the products!

They do not deserve any stars complete scam ordered on the third wasn't shipped til after the 9th I asked for tracking or info that made sense cus the trackin I got showed it was in my city on the 9 of Dec, when I contacted them Sam replied it was on its way completely ignored my questions and concerns I had to message again and again when I asked for my money back I was told to wait til Tuesday Dec 20th so I did even stated if it wasn't here by Tuesday to refund me Tuesday came nothing else except they changed they Trackin Info and claimed out for delivery at 130pm I sent messages because no one ever showed or contacted me, I was told they make several attempts and they were havin issues gettin an adult or to me, I have cameras I work on the property I live on, there is no gate, always someone at the desk and I was home all day. I checked cameras and no one showed up to deliver I tried to message them again askin for proof they sent it by giving me the carriers info but they have now stopped replying even when I messaged yesterday demanding my money back I 2 emails one sayin b right with u the next sayin was their response helpful but never got a response! Complete scam and bs. I want my money back and to b sure no one else falls victim to this bs.
