Delivery times can also vary based on distance, weather conditions, and postal service delays, which are outside of our control. At checkout, we offer different shipping options such as USPS Standard (2-7 Days) and USPS Express (1-2 Days) Rush Order, and once an order is packed and shipped, an email with tracking details is sent automatically.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your frustration with the delay in receiving your vape juice order placed on March 20, 2024. According to USPS tracking, the package has been stagnant since March 29, 2024. It's certainly disappointing to face such delays.

We are adhering to USPS guidelines, which suggest waiting 30 days for packages marked as "late" since they are still within the postal system and are often still being processed or in transit. Most late packages are eventually delivered within this timeframe.

If, after the 30-day period, your package remains undelivered, stops being scanned, or is reported lost or damaged by USPS, please rest assured that we will send a replacement package immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter and are committed to resolving it satisfactorily as soon as we can.

Unfortunately, international shipments to Kuwait can sometimes face strict customs regulations, especially when it comes to DIY flavoring. We never received the package back, which is why we couldn’t process a return.
