I paid almost £60 pound for 3 boxes of liquids and only received 2 I have chased and chased them and gotten no response do not use this company.

Placed order, arrived within 24 hours.
Excellent job guys.

Ordered on 27.11.25 and delivered 05.12. I have used this company for quite a while however the last 4 orders have taken a week to deliver despite there website claiming 1 to 2 days.
My wife has also used this company for a while now and her latest order took 2 weeks to be delivered. Emails ignored request to cancel and refund her money ignored.
Won't be ordering again this last order was the final straw.

Placed order, received acknowledgement. Heard nothing more. Chased 2 days later to be told it's packed awaiting collection. Chased again a few days later, radio silence. Chased again, giving deadline date with a view to doing a chargeback with my credit card company. Received response to say delay was due to items being out of stock, I thought you said it was packed and ready few days before? Eventually took delivery after 10 days of waiting. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Was due a refund on an order where the vapes couldn’t be dispatched. Been emailing them now for about 5 weeks and got nowhere with it. Had no response from them at all. Don’t bother buying from them, they’ve lost a customer in me.

they didn't have my juice in stock so they took the time out of their day to ring me to let me know and gave me tonnes more options after explaining to them what I like 10/10 service will deffo recommend these guys will also be getting my juices from here in future

used this company for over 3 years with no issue until this month. i had ordered a vape and didn’t come on the tuesday like it usually would and so it left it a while with nothing arriving. i emailed in the wednesday, the week after and was advised to wait until the courier had responded, i was not receiving an update and so i texted the number in the email and the lady got annoyed because i was texting her personal number and has ignored my refund request several times. very disappointed in the customer service i have received by ashley as i have never had an issue in ordering before.

My Customer experience at Vapour vape was impeccable. Not only do Vapour vapes have a diverse portfolio of products which can accommodate my needs.

Secondly the purchasing process was efficient with vapour vape accommodating my credit and debit cards which other competitors do not accept. My order was expedited compared to the stated delivery date which was very much appreciated.

Upon delivery i was astonished at the quality of the product it was the best vape i have had and would recommend this to any other consumer. I have purchased from competitors who deliver poor quality vapes with long lead times.

Based on my experience with vapour vapes i don't need to shop elsewhere anymore, i cant recommend vapour vape enough.
