Vcomfort Opiniões

Comfortable message chair at good pricing. Excellent services.

Fast and very professional! Highly recommended

Although hesitant to begin with we had no reason to be, we visited the showroom in Bham where there were plenty of options to try. We spent a good 1-1.5 hrs testing each chair & speaking the staff who were very knowledgeable. Mohsin the owner was very humble & was kind enough to really take care of us. We left having secured a great deal for a vcomfort chair which was delivered in perfect time with updates & fitted once arrived by the team. All in all, brilliant service would highly reccomend

The selection of chairs was impressive, but what stood out the most was the pricing, undoubtedly the best in the UK. Highly recommended

I am very happy with my new massage chair, strongly recommend, so many options to choose and enjoy it all the family, from a hard and deep massage to a relaxing and comfortable massage, from the day that we bought it we (my family)are queuing to use it 😜 my favourite place to spend my free time 🕰️
Customer service is brilliant and they are always willing to help you in the best possible way,
thank you

The customer service was exceptional. It’s a big purchase and you want to make sure you’re making the right choice, so it helps to have staff who respond fast and resolve issues quickly. Love our new massage chair.

Mohsen and Gol delivered and installed the massage chair professionally, high quality massagr chair with a very good price. Highly recommended and reliable company

Got the DREAMLINER Premium Massage chair. Am big guy so the 150kg weight limit made me feel this a sturdy chair. Need not have worried. Mo was very reassuring into getting me into a chair which suits me from telephone only. Showroom to far away. Fast delivery HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Premium 2 man delivery. Got up 3 flights of stairs spending long time de assembling to get through my narrow door. WOW blown away, had lower back pain, using every other day I have gained stronger areas around where I usually ache and makes this BEST PURCHASE for a long time. 3 years guarantee is reassuring and the company care about their customers. Once in a lifetime investment in your health. 5 * for DREAMLINER Chair 5* Customer Service and 5* for KNEE Massager I got for my 88 year old Father who is in a lot LESS pain. TRUSTWORTHY and 2 MAN DELIVERY TEAM I highly RECOMMEND

Excellent massage chairs. Use these for my business and all my customers love them

Best Products Ever, and not only the service that you get is A-Class, I 100% Recommend

Amazing service and chair love it, much gratitude 🙏🏻😊

Superb high quality massage chair supplied by VComfort. The service provided has been excellent. From initial order through to delivery they have been highly professional and always willing to help and advise.

I was a bit cautious about v comfort at first, but be assured they are excellent. Their showrooms may not be up to the standard of high street stores but the service is much better than most, nothing was too much trouble and they were able to answer all my questions about the massage chairs. They have a good range of chairs and they are good quality. They delivered and set up on the day promised and the delivery guys were great. Even after delivery when I asked questions they were always helpfull and quick to reply. If your concerned about parting with quite a large amout of money with a primarily online company, as I was, dont be. There are several ways to to pay without paying the full amount up front, I arranged to pay the full amout after delivery. The chairs are good, and you really need to try them first , I spent a lot of time doing this and special thanks to Saif for all his time and help with this. I've had my chair a few weeks now and I love it, tried a lot of the preset massages and had no problems. All in all a great range of chairs, great service and in my experience a company that can be trusted.

Everyone involved in this purchase was helpful and polite from start to finish. Mo was great and the delivery men were efficient and tidy.
A great shopping experience.

Mo at VComfort has been amazing from the very beginning! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! Will definitely use them again for my next massage chair. The wife is already loving her Kalkoona Max that was delivered yesterday! Thanks again for the amazing experience from ordering to delivery!

I honestly couldn't recommend Vcomfort enough! If you're in a market for any kind of a massager, look no further. Their products are the highest quality and the customer service they provide is literally out of this world. I've had a small hiccup and their customer service team, literally got back to me within like an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes! That's not something you can expect nowadays! I couldn't recommend them enough! 10/10 experience for sure! Thank you guys.

Very good, really helpful, went the extra mile great customer service

Thanks for the service and for coming so quickly to help with the fault in the chair and resolve it.
