We were in desperate need of a headlamp for our Dacia Logan and having already waited many weeks, came across Simon from Vehicle-Spares. I cannot praise him enough from the moment of contact in our desperation to get such a light, to it’s arrival 2 days later. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and confirmation that the headlamp should fit our car which is now thankfully on the road, at last! Come after order prior to shipment not great but product arrived promptly.

Unfortunately not what ordered, I ordered a primed wing mirror and didn’t receive what was ordered, a black version (non-primed) was sent.

Queried with them but not resolved, fortunately I managed to reuse the original mirror covering which was probably a neater solution but I had an issue with what was sent and it was not resolved despite me querying it.

Website easy to use. Delivery was good despite over a holiday weekend. Goods arrived as ordered and in good condition. Very competitive prices.

Absolutely no communication from this company. Item was late to arrive so I tried to contact them about this - no reply !!! Then when it did arrive it was damaged in a number of areas - tried contacting them, guess what ? NO REPLY AGAIN!!!! Tried twice after and still waiting, so no other option but to leave feedback on a terrible transaction with this company. I'll never be using again and I'd advise others to do the same
