it's a simple matter, I called and asked if parts were available and whether they would be delivered on time Sebastian, the person I talked to assured me that this would be the case and so it happened👍🫡

Great website with very competitive prices. Quick delivery and headlight packaged very well. There was a problem with the headlight we ordered, but customer service was fantastic and a new one was sent out to us the next day, which was perfect! The faulty one was collected by a courier. Will definitely do business with this company again. Absolute five star service! Thank you. 👍😃

I ordered an item and it was delivered to the wrong address. I asked all of my trusted neighbours, none of which have received the item. I requested a replacement or refund and the company have just refused since they “provided a tracking number”. What good is a tracking number if it’s delivered to someone else?? Disgusting service from this company, not only have I not got the item but I’m now without the funds I paid as well. Absolute scam!!! Wouldn’t trust this company or recommend to my worst enemy.

I bought a bonnet for my Kia Sportage and they offered a quality product and fast delivery (next working day)

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience. The communication was severely lacking when I requested a return for the incorrect parts I received. Furthermore, the body panels supplied were of unbelievably poor quality and did not fit properly.

Despite my initial request for a return within 30 days, as per your business terms and conditions, I received no resolution. Numerous calls to your company were ignored. It was only after a lengthy process that you finally answered my call, only to disregard my request. Left with no other option, I had to open a case with PayPal.

As per PayPal's request, I returned the items for a refund, and you were compelled to issue the refund. This experience should serve as a lesson in conducting business and customer care. Regardless of the product or service, customers should not be treated in the manner I experienced.

I strongly urge you to improve your communication and customer service practices to avoid similar situations in the future.

Spoke to a PERSON and ordered part, part came next day, excellent service and quality part, first class service.

I orded a bumper for my car releasing I won't be needing it... After few hours ordering I quickly message the company and they canceled my order no questions asked... Would use again.

On Monday 29th May 2023 at 11.36 am I ordered a replacement a car Bonnet for Skoda Octavia Estate 2017-2020 (as shown below) and was supplied with an acknowledgment email with Order number VS22688 from this company.



Soon after I realised that I had ordered the wrong item.

So, on Monday 29/05/2023 at 11:54 I sent an email to Vehicle-Spares.com as shown below.

Hello good day, I am after purchasing a replacement bonnet for my Skoda Octavia 2017 Estate se tsi 150 auto. I have ordered the bonnet shown below but do no think it is the correct one for my vehicle. I believe that the correct Skoda part number for my car is 5E0823031B. After receiving no reply from the merchant, I was concerned that they would action the order even though it was incorrect.

I have tried to contact Vehicle-Spares.com on the telephone number 0333 22 44 847 that is shown on their order acknowledgement email.

31/05/2023 10.23 am – 3rd Phone call made – no reply – message left – as of now no reply.

30/05/2023 9.38 am – 2nd Phone call made – no reply – message left – no reply.

After strenuous efforts to contact the merchant to explain my error I have been unable to rectify this matter alone.

I then went to PAYPAL to obtain a refund for the full amount for the item described above.

Ordered a part. Cancelled it straight away. Said id get refunded within 3 working days. Its been 6 working days and still nothing. Havent answered the phone even though ive called around 20 times now on different days and times. Have not got a call back. Havent had a reply to my emails either. Ridiculous customer service. Will be taking it further to reclaim my apparently refunded £270.

Brilliant service and speedy response to any questions. Item arrived within a couple of days . Highly recommend and would use this company again.

I recently ordered two bumpers from vehicle spares with next day delivery, after 3 days I had not received them so I tried to get in contact with the company. After multiple phone calls (no answer) I then sent an email (no reply) finally I saw that I could contact them through WhatsApp again no answer. After 3 days I wrote another message stating that I would have to contact the bank and claim my money back if I didn't get a response. Funnily enough they then started replying blaming the delivery company and they did eventually get them re sent and I did get my bumpers but it was a really bad experience and would definitely not recommend anyone use them unless they are ok will a lot of stress and aggravation.

These guy’s were really helpful and went above and beyond to get me some new headlights and at a very reasonable price. Massive thanks to Simon.

Two dealings with these guys.
1) Delivered a really hard to find part super quickly at a price comparable with second hand ones. Brill.
2) One part didn't quite work out with what I was trying to do and despite me farting about on the return, gave a full refund. Chap I spoke to on the useful WhatsApp thingy couldn't be more helpful either. Top man.

Quick, really helpful and good service

First time dealing vehicle spares com and they turned what might have been a difficult experience around in a matter of hours!!.. the experience being.. that I had ordered the incorrect part !.. contacted them through WhatsApp before it was dispatched and they sorted easily out with our fuss . Refunded me right away. They couldn’t have been more helpful and they will be my first point of f contact from this point on for any other parts required. Thank you again.
