You dont have any service history for the car i checked, but yet I have a service book and receipts for dealerships for servicing and a new sub frame fitted by MB as a good will gesture, definitely your records need updated

Not as accurate as some others. Charged £12.99 then another £4.99 for service history, only shows main dealer services. Offers a 50% discount on another check but won't let you redeem it. Got in touch, offered me one for free, explained that I had already paid for the check, have heard nothing since.

Won't be using again.

Have used vehicle score twice this year when looking for a car and after spotting some problems on the government mot site thought I'd see if my thoughts about this car were true, its a 2016 skoda fabia which looks like it was imported in 2022 as it only show 3 previous mots but there's nothing on vehicle score to bring your attention to the fact so this vehicle could have done starship mileage and been written off abroad and we know nothing, despite the 2016 registration vehicle score list it as a 2022 vehicle and even give valuations as a 2022 vehicle, someone could really come unstuck trusting this particular check. I have emailed them twice but heard nothing back.
Edit... 3 weeks on and absolutely no reply or contact, so much for getting in touch in 24 hours!!!!!! I certainly won't ever use them again.

Vehicle Score are total scammers and are fraudulent. Stay clear and go elsewhere like Car Vertical for an accurate report.
I paid Vehicle Score for a report and the report stated under the Insurance Category-The vehicle has not been involved in any accident that has been recorded.

This information is false and innacurate as the vehicle was involved in an accident and was recorded.
I have since found out that Vehicle Score use Experian for their data and Experian only supply data if the vehicle was written off or categorised.
This is not what is stated on the Vehicle Score Website.
On the Vehicle Score website the following was stated-
Insurance Claims
Check if there have been insurance claims made against the vehicle.
No mention that they only check insurance write off claims against the vehicle.
As Vehicle Score will not resolve the issue I will be taking the matter to Trading Standards.

Full history check - Isnt what you think it is, does not come with service history. The check is okay at best, most info you can get from just googling or using free websites. Honestly not worth the money you pay.

Service check - From the naming convention you'd think this would be included in a FULL history check.
In my case the service check as also unless as it doesnt really tell you much. I got a service check for a car which only covered it service history frok 2020-2023. Thats great if this was in 2023!
Theres now 3 years where either the car didnt get a service ( which i find unlikely) or that Vehiclescore just decided to not collect the info. Theres no info from VehicleScore to say if they couldnt collect or if its not avaliable.

Overall spent nearly £20 for info thats not relavent or free online. Go use literally any other site

Fairly useless for the cost. Said 121 hidden issues. so paid to see report.. only to see nothing ! However you can pay more to find out more history.

So it’s a no from me.

Vehicle Smart were better from previous searches.

I paid £8.95 for a service history report from vehiclescore.co.uk, but after completing the purchase, no report was generated.

The website gave me the option to generate the service history and have it emailed to me, but nothing came through. I also tried the option to skip the email and generate the report directly, but that did not work either.

I tried using different browsers in case it was a technical issue on my side, but the result was exactly the same every time.

Unfortunately, the only thing this website succeeded in doing was relieving me of £8.95. Very disappointing experience.

Very helpful and a necessary part of buying a car privately.
Two cars showed up faults one was a cat S the other had finance outstanding, this 3 Rd one is totally clear as I thought it would be but I checked any to be sure, thank you for the service.

Image of vehicle model very inaccurate. Before payment stated RED FLAGS as outstanding finance, accidents, salvage then after been scammed into payment no such records were present. A total dishonest SCAM. Choose another platform. Honestly.

Not much extra information, that you can get for free,for the price of £12.99, I would have thought service information would have included and not at the end asking for extra money, would not use this service again.

I recently wanted a vehicle check primarily for the service history of a car I was considering. To that end I bought the 'FULL' check believing that all information would be contained in it. However, I learned that the service history details are in a separate specific check and charged separately which I then had to buy. I flagged this up to VehicleScore and they were good enough to refund the money I'd paid for the full check. However, I think it would be helpful if they included all details in the 'full' check. All in all I liked the way information in the checks was presented and I very much appreciate the refund.

Not good site anymore lol all stats are N/A and most regs don’t come up unreliable and shows wrong car searched up X5 says “X5 BMW” shows a picture of a 4 series like had one job can’t even do it right 😭🤣 not even worse part it makes it seem like a car you see on the internet getting searched they have bad scorers because of MOT stats and there so minor still kills the score and people who use this site think the car is super bad if the score is low LOL

Full experience seems a bit dodgy.
Firstly, it accepted the affiliate code, but didn’t apply the discount.
Then it wouldn’t accept my 3 digit card CVC. It allowed me to use image capture for my card and pulled the wrong expiry date. All details were checked multiple times and were correct, but kept failing CVC till I just used Apple Pay.
The free bit indicated something worth checking. It did say finance or plate change, but it presents in such a way that you really need to check the finance history. It wasn’t this.
Finally the image presented in looked like a Hyundai i10 or something. Nothing like a Škoda Kamiq.
All in, this experience makes me question the reliability.

Disappointing: having paid for the higher priced check I thought it would include details about servicing, this needs an extra payment which is discounted to £7.xx. It would have been useful to know this earlier.
The free check provided by Vehicle Score is an excellent service.
Just paid the £7.16 for the Service History report: only 1 item on it, a service 17 months after first being registered - Vehicle Score cannot help thet there was only the 1 item.
For a little over £20 I have found enough to re-assure me that it's worth pursuing the purchase of the vehicle. A BIG THANKYOU to Vehicle Score.

Having wanted to view the service records for the vehicle I decided to purchase the 'FULL' report rather than the cheaper version. I then found that the 'FULL' report didn't contain the service history included in the cheaper report and another payment was required to get it. That's not good VehicleScore. Not good at all.

It was simple and straight forward to use and I wasn't changed when the service history didn't show any records. Report was clear and precise
