I completed my training with Verrolyne
I completed my training with Verrolyne Training Limited on time and completed all the necessary adjustments requested by my assessor. I also followed up by email to confirm that everything had been completed.
Unfortunately, my portfolio is still going through the EQA process. I have made numerous attempts to contact the provider, including calling once or twice a week and sending several emails and messages, but I often receive no response or clear update.
My colleagues who completed their training with other providers have already received their certificates, while I am still waiting. I understand that the EQA process can take time, but the lack of communication and the length of the delay have been very frustrating.
I hope Verrolyne Training Limited can improve their communication with learners and provide a clear and timely update on outstanding certificates.

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you completed your training and the required adjustments on time, and we understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting on your certificate.
The EQA process is carried out by an external body, and timeframes can vary depending on their workload rather than ours — however, we recognise that this doesn't excuse the difficulty you've had getting updates from us in the meantime. We want every learner to have clear visibility of where their portfolio stands, and it sounds like that didn't happen here.
We'll check the current status with the EQA directly and come back to you with an update.
We're also reviewing our communication process during the EQA stage so learners aren't left chasing for information. Thanks for flagging this, and we're sorry for the frustration it's caused.

Lack of communication, very dated website, cheap but not cheerful, I would not recommend this company for students, please pay that bit extra and get better assessors, if you are someone that needs that little bit extra help then don’t apply for these people, I been into this course since December and my assessor still hasn’t marked any work and the communication is disappointing

I have paid in full for level 3 and supervision and have not been given any additional information (log in details etc) try to contact online and yes they Did initially respond but now radio silent. With over 20years in academia - both learning and teaching- this is the first time I encounter such approach and seriously considering asking for a full refund!
