While I was happy to help with the study, it took over the promised 45 days for compensation to be issued and required that I followed up multiple times to inquire regarding the payment status. I would be wary of participating in any additional studies with this company because of the delay in payment.

I was approached for a research project, and the communication throughout the entire process was clear, seamless, and transparent.

They do their job so smooth and professional.

Overall, it was a great experience, as the payment was accepted in a similar way to a credit card.
However, I faced some challenges. Foe example, some online platforms based in Japan did not accept Vertex. Also, I could not fully use the total amount because a small remaining balance of less than five dollars was left.
If these challenges are addressed, Vertex could be a more beneficial payment merhod.
