Purchased my new XRM
Purchased my new XRM , last Friday, Easy transaction, Used this dealership over the last 4 BMW for service.
This is my very first new one off them .
Very happy with all the staff I have meet over the years.
All communication done over the phone or by email, With Michael North who is very knowledgeable and made the whole purchase a breeze .
Collection was last Friday and was very quick and easy .
Only criticism I would say there no direct number anymore get put though to somewhere else and they get the person to ring you back .

I just want to leave a quick note on my experience with Vertu BMW Shipley
From the first moment me and my wife walked in to the show room we were meet with warm friendly greetings.
Richard came over and asked if we needed anything with no pressure whatsoever and any questions we had were answered efficiently.
We bought a new bike that day and the difference between BMW Shipley and other bike showrooms is stark (Ducati Leeds take note)

This is the third bike I Have bought…
This is the third bike I Have bought from Vertu Shipley. On each occasion Rick has made the whole process seamless for me, a great product and great service.
I also have to give Karen a mention in the back office who sorted the speedy registration of the bike to ensure a quick turn around.
They are both highly professional and a credit to themselves and the business.

I’ve been using Vertu Motorrad Sunderland for several years now, and every experience has been absolutely fantastic. The service is consistently first‑class — no pressure, no pushiness, just genuine support from people who clearly care about what they do. I spotted the Honda Goldwing on Sunday afternoon, reserved it and visited Grantham on the Monday morning to view it. I met Adam Corney, he knows everything about these bikes which was very reassuring, I traded in my Triumph Rocket 3. Thanks Adam for all your help and making it all go so smoothly

BMW S1000R
I recently bought a brand new S1000R from this dealership, I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen throughout. He was great from start to finish, making sure I was happy with everything without pressuring me at all. Gave me a great Part Ex deal and matched a deal from another BMW dealership on the S1000R. Throughly happy with the whole process, I never actually went to the dealership so communication was key and Stephen certainly kept me informed every step of the way.
Would certainly recommend this dealer… for the ride!
