I’ve been using this food for my dogs since the company began and it has always been fantastic. Many people admire our dog’s shiny coat. We now use the subscription service which has been great.

We combine the expertise of our in-house veterinary practice, Vet’s Klinic, with only the highest quality ingredients, to create a range of naturally nutritious and tasty food & treats. All our recipes are hypoallergenic (formulated without Wheat, Beef or Dairy), meaning they are kind to dogs with common intolerances/ allergies. Our range of dog food covers all stages, from: Puppy (up to 1 year), Adult (1-7 years) to Senior (7+ years), all designed for a specific purpose; weight loss, sensitive stomach/ skin or with additional supplementary support for younger or older dogs.
We also pride ourselves on our supplements, most of which are suitable for both cats & dogs - to give additional support alongside their normal diet.
As part of the service we offer, we also have an in-house pet nutritionist, Fiona, who is always on hand to offer help and advice to our customers and their pets.

Great Service. Great Product for Our Dog
Switched to this dog food following a conversation with a vet. Unfortunately my dog has a very sensitive digestive system, which seems to cause her to be sick if she has anything different. Bought the Vets Kitchen Sensitive Care and my dog as really loved it. No digestive issues since. Ordered direct from Vets Kitchen, which was easy, and it arrived really quickly. Recommended.

Always get super efficient service from Vet's Kitchen. Their product is made in the UK and I haven't had any problems with their service or supply in the last 10 years. I hope the upcoming changes don't alter this first class offering.

brilliant customer care
I had a query about a Vets Kitchen product which I had bought, and e-mailed their customer care service on 1 April. Although it was the Easter weekend, I received two detailed and helpful responses the following day and a replacement product arrived two days later. Brilliant customer care all round. I have fed my little Westie Vets Kitchen dried senstive food for six years now following serious skin problems and he has thrived on it. Vets Kitchen really do care about their products and their customers!

Customer Services person was very helpful when I had a query. Sadly, my dog would not eat the wet food as she is an incredibly fussy eater - its not the food its the dog! She is more accepting of the kibble. Dog possibly has a sort of Spike's syndrome so needs gluten free diet.
