16/01/2026 : mail à Veverra suite à la réception d’un colis (meuble à chaussures) endommagé. Réserves faites au livreur DPD et 14 photos du colis et des pièces endommagées voire cassées.
30/01/2026 : mail à Veverra. Le nouveau colis reçu est encore plus endommagé que le premier, joint 4 photos. Colis refusé. Demandé le remboursement du meuble.
17/02/2026 : Veverra demande des photos de l’article endommagé ! Comment faire des photos d'un colis refusé ?
19/02/2026 : Veverra m’informe que le remboursement ne peut se faire tant qu’ils n’ont pas réceptionné le colis.
19/02/2026 : suggéré à Veverra de se retourner contre le transporteur et non vers moi.
02/03/2026 : Veverra dit poursuivre « les vérifications avec le transporteur concernant la livraison et la gestion du colis lors de son passage ».
07/04/2026 : relance à Veverra.
08/04/2026 : réponse de Vererra en anglais. En voici l’essentiel : on a envoyé un deuxième colis qui a été refusé donc on ne peut pas vous rembourser.
08 et 11/05/2026 : relances où j’hésite entre incompétence, malhonnêteté et simple erreur.
Et depuis, le silence.....

I ordered a cutlery set and waited almost two weeks for delivery, despite receiving very limited updates about the status of my order.

When the package finally arrived, I was immediately concerned because the delivery photo showed a small envelope-sized package that could fit through a letterbox, which seemed impossible for a full cutlery set. After opening the package, I discovered that it contained only a single spoon instead of the complete cutlery set that I had purchased.

I contacted customer service several times throughout the process and experienced significant delays in communication. I have provided photographs of the package and its contents and am currently requesting a full refund.

I will update this review if the company resolves the matter promptly and issues the requested refund.

what a Rubbish company to deal with poor customer service and late delivery with also impossible returns.

Also no one from this company has dealt with my complaint about my purchasing experience!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a bed lamp. Arrived reasonably fast. BUT it arrived with a non-Australian plug. I would think it's a US plug (it isn't EU) except that it's rated at 250V and US is 110V. So I don't know which adaptor to buy. Irony is that the lamp is made in China, which uses the same plugs as Australia - if they'd done nothing I would be fine.

If i could give this company a negative star I would. Do not do any type of business with this company. I was a fool and didn't check where they really are located. I did place an order, I received emails that it was shipped. I watched the tracking. Then 1 day, on the tracking, it said my order was delivered, to Bronx,New York. Problem? I live in Omaha,Nebraska and my order never arrived. Even with screen shots of the tracking, this company told me I should check with neighbors to see if someone else received my order. Then check with my local post office to see if they had ut or delivered it to the wrong address. I have been emailing them every day asking for my order or a refund. After 2 weeks of emailing, I received an email stating they were processing my refund and because it has to go through different financial institutions, I will be charged a refund fee. This company should not be allowed to do any type of business with anyone in the U.S. I will believe the refund what I see it. Oh, and I get to keep the item is bought. Im still trying to figure that one out since it was delivered to someone in New York??

My order was only part delivered and I have had no response from my follow ups. The first part was delivered in May. They told me to contact the courier. I have been referred to a bot a week ago after about 10 attempts. Don’t buy from them is my advice I have lost $ 80

This purports to be a Scandinavian website but is actually a Chinese one. You cannot return an item without paying an extortionate sum to return it tracked to China. The company offered to give me the option of not returning the item and getting a 20 refund and then increased this to a 35% refund when I complained.
I would advise anyone strongly not to use this website under any circumstances.

Not efficient supply chain (out of stock, delays, poor packaging), but commercial and efficient after sales service. Product conform to expectation.

Foremost, the regular update emails from the company, almost every day, detailing the progress of my order in transit. It took a while, as it was coming from the Far East. As regards the product, a 120cm x 80cm anti slip shower mat, has enabled me to finally enjoy a safe shower.

Most upset I have to give at least one star!! Shocking quality! I ordered a shelf hanging ornament looked to be made of a brass in that colour! It’s arrived in black, shocking finish to it and weighs next to nothing! Best part of it is it’s wonky so won’t even balance on a shelf! It looks like cheap tatt and half the size of what it’s made to look. Won’t consider another purchase from this site incredibly over priced for such rubbish and it took ages to arrive! Not impressed, binned!

Excellent service although delivery time was approximately 10 days which is understandable as the order begins in the Netherlands.

Absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company. Item looked nothing like the image, extremely poor quality and when trying to return to get a refund, am told will have to ship it back to Asia at my expense or get a 20% refund.

We bought to bedside lamps which we thought there really different they came a lot smaller than what we thought they cost 70.00 for two then discovered there were only 20.00 under another company on Amazon really cross we thought because the company based norway ! Then came from China wrapped off .com won't order again

Very nice glass, but thought it came with a wooden coaster for keeping it level!

Don't order from here. The website implies the products are from the Netherlands, whereas it is just a front for low quality items made and shipped from China. Returns have to go back to China at huge cost - which is not disclosed on the website.

Attention arnaque ! Photos mensongères, dropshipping, bref la totale. Le site se présente comme européen mais les produits viennent d'Asie. J'ai acheté un tapis de bain, le produit reçu n'a rien à voir avec les photos sur le site. Impossible de le retourner car les frais de retour sont à la charge du client et sont hors de prix pour l'Asie. Le site ne propose qu'un remboursement à hauteur de 40%...

Low quality drop shipping products, strong smell of chemicals, product quality shows discolourment. Do not order here, these are Chinese dropshipping products, sold for a too high price. I ordered a cutting board which is probably not safe to use with food.
