This company is the reason you should check trustpilot before buying online.. wanted to buy a crystal whiskey glass for my husband’s 60th, something with wow factor, this glass was embarrassing, it was £25 described as Luxe Crystal, it was neither. It was cheap glass. You won’t get a full refund unless you’re prepared to send it back to China at your cost (they say they’re a Netherlands based company to let you think it’s going to be quality, another lie) also found another Chinese company selling it for £10 online. You live & learn.

The product is good looking and nice quality but delivery is too long. But communication all the time was good.

Beautiful and soft. Love the colour! The size is great however, it is very, very thin. Would have loved it to be at least 3 or more times thicker. Very pretty though.

Ordered an umbrella holder, it arrived damaged. We were told a replacement would be delivered, we were then told the replacement couldnt be delivered and was returned back overseas. It is a scam. Don’t buy from here. It’s been 5 weeks and they are making excuses, we dont have our money back or an undamaged product.

I absolutely adore my beautiful elephants. They are a gift for our 35th wedding anniversary in memory of our precious daughter who loved elephants. They are bright cheerful and make me smile. Thank you x

Everything went well. However, I should have been notified of the package's arrival—which didn't happen; I discovered it in my mailbox. But that is of little importance; the main thing is that the package was successfully delivered. Thank you.

This is a dishonest scam company. DO NOT BUY! They advertise as "Scandanavian Design & Lighting" that are based in Amsterdam, but I unfortunately found out the hard way their bank is based in China and the clock/wireless charger/nightlight combination unit I bought was made in China and was cheap, light, plastic, rubbish. After waiting over a month for delivery, and multiple emails from them telling me my item was ready to pick up from my local carrier & threatening that if i didn't it would be returned to them (pretty sure that's not how delivery works!), it finally actually arrived but only the light worked. The clock face constantly flashed on and off, and when a phone was put on the charger the whole unit shut down. They suggested I buy a "power converter" (I was using what they provided) but the cord/converter they suggested cost almost as much as the clock itself. They offered various dodgy refunds like 25%, or 50% if I returned the item and paid for the postage. My bank ended up withdrawing the payment thankfully as they don't deserve a cent! Stay away.

Don’t use these people
They state delivery time is 3-5 days but that isn’t true.
My delivery took 18 days - they are based in china!

I wish I could show you a photo of what I ordered and what I have received.

It’s a joke and I paid £34.95 for an ornament which is basically a piece of painted plastic .
They say if I send it back it’s at my cost and have only offered me 20% off .
It’s rubbish and I will put it in the bin!

I do not recommend this company.

I ordered a cutlery set, but the order was split into three separate shipments and has still not been fully delivered. The first package contained only a single spoon, which was very confusing and frustrating.

The product quality is also nothing like the pictures shown on the website. Some pieces have different-sized handles and the overall quality is much lower than expected.

I requested a refund because of the poor quality and the delivery problems, but the process has been very slow and has required a lot of emails and follow-ups from my side.

As a customer, I should not have to spend this much time chasing an order and trying to resolve problems that were not my fault.

Based on my experience, I would not shop with this company again. And absolutely do not recommend to anyone!

Am I supposed to rate the product, the sellor or both? You don't say. The product is great, good wood quality, good design, good size, good finish. I would have preferred the hanging hole to be just a little nearer from the end of the handle. It is rather difficult to hang them on my hooks. I would have liked to receive messages or any communication from the sellor in French or English, not in Dutch. I am not sure many people speak Dutch. I would have liked messages regarding the delivery course to be more precise, accurate and an approximate time of delivery by SMS! I nearly missed the delivery because I received notification that it was close from home more than an hour AFTER the actual delivery ! I was lucky the delivery man called me and offered to wait the 2 minutes I needed to get home and meet him! My grateful thanks to him! In short: I am satisfied with the product but the sellor's process needs improvement, clearly and perhaps some better screening in recruitment, or better training. Regards.

Love the product! It did however take a while to receive since my two acrylic photoframes arrived seperately and the second one took a bit longer, but very happy with them!

I recently brought a Timertime wall clock for $89. Is was described to be made from high quality wood (looked like acacia) with black metal numbers and hands. The product I received nothing like the photos and how it was described on the website. It was a cheap laminated pdf clock with the numbers printed on the fake plastic wood. It was terrible. Completely misleading.

When trying to organise returns they sent the following email:

“…..Since we currently ship from abroad and don’t yet have a local warehouse, any return would need to be sent back to our facility in Asia.

That process can take quite some time, and the return costs including potential customs charges are at the customer’s expense.

To avoid all that hassle, we’d love to offer you some easier solutions:
→ A 20% refund no need to return the item, and you’ll receive your money back quickly.
→ Another item of your choice we’ll send it to you for just £9.95 (this only covers shipping).
→ Or if you’d still prefer to return the original item, we can provide the return instructions just note that it can take several weeks to process…..”.

I am actioning a return request.

Le délai de livraison et le fait que pendant 2 semaines je n'ai pas pu suivre mon colis (avant son arrivée sur le territoire européen) auraient dû me mettre la puce à l'oreille.

Le tapis, payé quand même 70€ (80x120) et qui est aujourd'hui à 200€ (!!! Ils sont fous 'j'espère que personne ne se fera arnaquer comme moi) sur leur site, est d'une qualité jamais vue tellement elle est mauvaise. Du pure made in China acheté sur le quaie du métro.

C'est un mélange de fils plastiques faisant penser à un filet de pêche... en rien mais alors en rien ça ne ressemble à un tapis !

Je laisse une étoile pour le fait que la livraison est arrivée, le modèle est "le bon" (même si les photos et la description du produit sur le site sont mensongers).

Comme pour beaucoup d'autres personnes ils m ont proposé un remboursement de 20%... soit 14€ ou une réexpédition en Chine (à mes frais... ahaha laissez moi rire !)

Ps: je tiens à préciser que les photos ne laisse en rien présager la qualité du tapis ! Elles sont clairement mensongères
