VIavan ; First time user experience
Signed up on saturday night to use viavan, i was given a £12 welcome bonus i took a ride from Deptford to elephant and castle, the fare was £10.95, viavan requested two payments of £10.95 from my bank i have mobile banking and am notified of all transactions, i immediately suspended my card and contacted my bank account. i messaged viavan to flag what had happened, i got a canned response saying they would contact me,( infact i sent them 3 separate emails they responded to none of them) they did withdraw one of the payments but had not taken my £12 welcome credit into account,(2nd email) a 3rd request for £10.95 was made by viavan 2 hours later although i was in bed at the time, it was declined as i had suspended the card. i contacted them to instruct then to remove my card detail from there system(3rd email) because there is no in app function for removing your card details.
no one has contacted me and if i had not been a person with such checks in place viavan would have pocketed a tripple fee or more. CHECK ALL YOUR VIAVAN TRIPS.
this company is poor and borderline fraudulent they cost me time and i had to cancel my card as they still have not removed my details from there app.

ViaVan is the best and the cheapest now
ViaVan is very similar to Uber but the rides are cheaper. Depending on the time of the day you can expect 10 to 20% cheaper prices than Uber and the service is very efficient. Lately ViaVan launched rides to airports. This service is the cheapest I’ve ever seen even if you select a private ride.
Also ViaVan offers Viapass and discounted bundles to save money. Great idea. I clearly recommend this service, ViaVan is great. You can use my referral to get £12 when you sign up : william2z5

Via van is basically a newer version of Uber which gives the driver a bigger cut! There is no surcharge and they give you a fixed price!

I had a bad experience with ViaVan…
I had a bad experience with ViaVan where i was in two incidents with the driver in one Journey, a whiplash and a crash. The funny thing is was hes insurance ran out the same day i booked my Journey and all ViaVan offered me was a Waive off my Journey and free £10 credit.
TERRIBLE!
