DO NOT BUY – Missed wedding deadlines and completely unresponsive- They received payment and I received NO DRESS!
Customer service explicitly promised that my order was being finalized and committed to providing a tracking number by May 25, 2026. This date passed with absolutely no update or tracking information sent.
Because this is a time-sensitive wedding order, I sent a formal 48-hour ultimatum requesting either a valid tracking number or a full cancellation and refund. They completely ignored the deadline and failed to respond to my inquiry.
They currently have my money and I have no dress. I have cut off communication and am now moving forward with a fraudulent transaction/chargeback dispute through my bank, as well as filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the FTC. Avoid this company at all costs if you actually want a dress for your wedding.

Customer service was amazing. I needed to adjust my size after ordering and they responded within 24 hours and helped me fix it. The dress came out perfect.

I was worried about ordering from a new brand, but everything went smoothly. They kept me updated about production and shipping. The dress arrived on time and looked exactly like the product page. Very professional service.

I ordered a custom size and it fit like a glove. The slit, the sparkle, everything was just perfect. I felt so confident walking into prom. Highly recommend!

Communication is poor. After messaging them about the ETA on my daughter's dress, they gave me a date of arrival. Did not show up, so messaged them again, and now they said they cannot make the dress.
I would be VERY hesitant to order anything from them.
We'll see if I actually get a refund.

I have not received my dress yet. Since the 1 of July and i do not have any news from the store! Is this a fraud? And now they are telling me that i need to pay in order get help! OMG

I still by my revised. I check online on different websites any most people had the same problem and when they ask for their money or merchandise they received the same massage "the order is not ours".
This website is a FRAUD, please stay away from it. Do not buy from this page is a Fraud. Will never ship you order, won't give you a refund and will block you from the webpage so you can't get in touch with them.

Great flattering dress with amazing color works for party. Date , night out event，Vicki's service was good, I saw some negative reviews and avoided the fake websites, it was excellent!

I wasn‘t really sure how trustworthy the page is but it turned out great! I‘m from Germany and the shipping was very fast. Great material and the custom size fits perfectly! Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much

Thanks to official vickidress, they blocked me from buying from vickidress.myshopify.com to prevent being scammed, I saw a lot of reviews and found the fake website, they have been shut down,  great!

I ordered my dress over a month ago and I haven’t had any updates, I’ve tried to email them multiple times and I haven’t had a reply. At the start they would email me back and helped me alot with my measurements and were really lovely, but now that I have ordered I haven’t heard back. I made sure it was the real website. I’m hoping it’s not a scam and I get my dress in time.

I order a dress and never got it. Customer service told me that it had been lost and that they would refund me. One month later I still do not have been refunded.

My girfriend bought her prom dress a month before prom, paid extra for fast shipping and it’s still not arrived after 2 months. absolutely ridiculous, do not order from here they have been difficult and unresponsive. it’s clearly a scam.

I ordered a product through the Vickidress app and received confirmation of shipment. However, for more than two weeks, there has been no way to track the parcel, and communication with the seller is completely impossible.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received my order or a refund. This experience appears to be a scam, and I strongly suspect that the company may be involved in fraudulent practices.

I will be reporting this to the police and to my payment provider. I do not recommend ordering from this store.

I was scammed by vickidress.myshopify.com, they are a scammer, I re-ordered with the real vickidress, the bridesmaid dress is great, a little big at the hips but no problem, I made it in time for the wedding, God bless
