I ordered a party dress for my granddaughter in June,2025.Non dress and no refund.I have read lots of reviews about the same thing that was m going through right now.I know by now that I will not be getting my money back.You guys really need to help people like me and fix this mess.Start a new site and tell women and young girls how to get one of your dresses without losing our money.
It was to late only thing my bank could do for me was change my card,so that took 7days😵‍💫.Now how will I get a refund sense my card number has changed??

I haven’t received my order and it said it was delivered I’m so mad I hope I get my money back

Dress missing, tracking says delivered but no proof of delivery, no idea who the courier was. Order number 1531

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it says my tracking number and order is nonexistent. I have reached out multiple times with no response

I’m getting married next Saturday and I still haven’t received my dress! I have reached out numerous times and get either no answer or have received multiple different messages regarding dates etc. I am extremely disappointed this has ruined my wedding plans. I’m now wearing something I don’t even want to wear but it’s what I could find given the time frame left. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! The fit was perfect for my frame and the black with pink sequins are stunningly beautiful. I stumbled upon this website by chance and I must say that you didn't disappoint with this offering.

My daughter never received her dress for prom. The email correspondance said she would receive on or before April 5th and she never received it. We made it work with another dress, but still as of today we haven't received the dress. I have emailed concerning a refunded and haven't heard anything. It seems like this place is a scam.

The dress was gorgeous, some areas were slightly loose or tight but I did get a customer sizing and I probably didn’t measure very accurately tbh. Good quality, stunning colors!

I Highly recommend Vickidress! They went above and beyond, I was very worried we wouldn’t be able to get a dress on time (Event date- 4/5) but we placed an order on 3/23, they made alterations and shipped on 3/31, and it arrived on 4/3! This dress is gorgeous, good quality, the color is spot on and the alterations they done were perfect, it fit like a glove!

Never received my dress after it was said delivered weeks ago

Absolutely terrible. Flat out didn't come in even though we emailed multiple times. The first time they asked for my measurements again and promised they'd rush it. Later said sorry it won't come. If I could give it a 0 I would DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

We ordered from this website for my daughter’s senior prom. My daughter fell inlove with the dress that was ADVERTISED. I ordered it with my daughters exact measurements (which were later confirmed at a boutique). The dress came in the day before her prom. It looked very cheap and the colors and shape of the top of the dress were not the same. Before my daughter tried it on I steamed it right side up and upside down to try and make it look better. As I was going over it I noticed it had marker on it as if a child took a purple marker to it. When my daughter tried it on, it was very clear it was not going to work. Her breast were falling out and just moving around in the dress, it only covered her nipples!! We had to quickly go to a boutique the morning of prom and spend a lot of money to try to finally get a dress. Vicki was not helpful and made excuses as to why this was ok, then would not return an email confirming a refund. I do not at all recommend ordering from this website. We paid $230 for a dress we wouldn’t consider in person with how cheap it was made. We probably would’ve had better luck ordering a dress off of SHEIN or Amazon.

I needed a satin gown for a wedding, and I found Vickidress. The dress is amazing, and I love how it hugs my figure. I usually wear an XS, so I went with a size 0, and it fits perfectly. I only needed to adjust the length. The fabric has a nice stretch, making it super comfortable for dancing. I received so many compliments!! Thank you

This dress is absolutely stunning! The quality is excellent. I bought it for my daughter, and she loves it. She is a size 20, and Vicki suggested I provide her measurements and height.
