This dress is so beautiful. I wore it for our vow renewal. I added the belt. I had tons of compliments on it. I'm a size 12,  they suggested me provide size and Helped me choose the right size! Arrived very quickly!

UPDATE: I changed my star rating from 1 to 3 stars. On Jan 6th, 8-months after purchasing dress, we finally received a full refund of what we paid for the dress. We still lost out on the $47 we had paid to return the dress, however, since the dress came back to us, VickieDress told us to keep it. So we plan to donate the dress for prom this year. Would've given 4-stars, (minus 1-star for dress not fitting), but I had to take off another star for the time and hassle to receive the refund. I have to say I would've given 5-stars if the dress fit. because the dress is really gorgeous & well-made.

ORIGINAL REVIEW of Jan. 4th, 2024:
In April 2024, I received a gorgeous dress purchased for my daughter's Homecoming at vickidress.com. We had given exact measurements as instructed. The dress fit only in the mid section, but it was too big in the bust and way to long for her. My daughter couldn't wear it to her dance. Such a shame because the dress is beautiful & well-made. We contacted vickidress.com and received this response:

We followed all instructions on how to return dress & paid $47 to return via USPS on 4/26/24. We patiently waited for updates, understanding processing might take longer from USA to China. Trusting vickidress.com would honor the return since we paid to ship it back to them, but months went by without any word from them. I hadn't followed up with them as we had family illnesses during that period.

On 11/2/24 (that's 6-months later), we received our unclaimed, mangled package (via mail) onto our porch.
We immediately sent photos of the mangled box to vickidress.com showing all labels attached. The Labels with correct mailing address were still attached, but I don't read Chinese, so I don't understand the stickers that were placed on box, showing why box was returned. It was clearly not the wrong address, so why was it refused?

On Dec 18, 2024, I reached out to vickidress.com again, asking for updates. This was their reply:

It's now Jan 4, 2025 and we have not received any compensation. We are out $215, including the $47 cost to ship the returned dress. I think they count on me giving up.

Now I will need to spend my time sending reviews to any social media platforms I can to tell of our negative experience.

If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would! Their website explains a 13-15 day tailoring time and 3-8 day shipping time.... no problem.... until there was. I purchased the dress on February 11th and did not receive the dress until April 17th!! That is over 3 months of tailoring and shipping. Then, even after putting custom measurements, the dress was way too big and way too long. After contacting their company to request a refund and return, I was forced to pay $48 worth of shipping to send it back and was never refunded. About 5-6 days ago, the dress was sent back to me with no warning or reason.. 6 MONTHS LATER. I would never trust this company again and I truly hope the worst for them.

The dress was well made and fit perfectly to the measurements sent in!

Fit amazing! I have bigger boobs and I'm tall so I was nervous but it worked out perfectly.

Was skeptical at first, but we received great customer service and my daughter's prom dress was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Anytime we need a homecoming, prom, or wedding dress, we will be purchasing from Vickidress!

I ordered a dress back in January, and never received it. The prices are tempting but don't be misled.

Ordered a beaded dress for $300 for a wedding and never received it. After several e mails to them, they stopped responding.

My wedding dress was perfect! Vickidress was professional and responsive. I absolutely recommend them!

The dress that we received was not the same as it was listed on their website. They might take my review down but I would highly recommend not to buy this dress - Hot Pink Mermaid Sparkly Sequins Prom Dresses VK22031301. I was trying to return this dress right away as soon as I received it but they stopped communicating to me and they never returned my money back. We ordered the same color as on the website Hot Pink, but it is not hot pink. The quality of fabric is very low quality and very cheap looking. Sizes were wrong, they were huge in comparison to what measurements were listed on their website. It is very heavy. Chest area did not have a good support, shape at all, it fits and looks weird. We purchased it for my daughter's Pageant Contest and we were even planning to represent the company in the State Pageant but after receiving it and the way it looks so cheap, the color is totally wrong and fit is not right, we had to find and purchase a different dress from another company. In addition, their customer service stopped responding when I tried to return this dress. I would never ever order anything from them. See pictures below. I will add my reviews everywhere I can to warn people to stay away from this low quality website that is sending the wrong product and not returning money for returns. They are a scam, stay away!!!!!

I ordered a lace wedding dress that looks like a Rue de Seine. I sent them pics of the dress I wanted and the lining color. They were very responsive. Great at confirming exactly what I wanted before making my dress. I did a custom dress fit to my measurements and it fits perfectly! I was so excited, happy, and in awe when I opened the dress today. I’m so taken back by it that how it exceeded my expectations. They even included the arm bans. I love that they paid attention to the pics I sent with the liner color because it really makes the quality beautiful lace pop. The quality of the this dress is better than any dress I tried on. I like how they did a double liner but sewed it together at the bottom so it looks like one. And the liner is so soft and perfect color; they really took what I said to heart. Definitely order a wedding dress from Vickidress!!

I will give them 5 stars as they have great service, nice people and a really nice dressmaking skill. They will make you a dress more than what you expect. I definitely love the dress they made me and I will always go to them to make me a dress.

I was skeptical at first to trust something online to order something as big as a wedding dress without being able to try it on first. But I took a chance because they had exactly what I was looking for that no one else anywhere had. They were very accurate in their measurements and the dress I received fit perfectly! I was impressed by their communication with me and how they kept me up to date with what was going on, as far as shipping and things. Definitely highly recommend! ❤❤❤
