I bought a dining table from Victoria Queen a month ago and couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent: it's solid, well made and looks fantastic. The service was just as good. The team were helpful, responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish. The table was dispatched quickly too, which was a nice surprise. I'd happily buy from Victoria Queen again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dining table.

I ordered cushion covers early August. Looked at the shipping, 8-10days, they’re only cushion covers so should be quick…nothing. Emailed my enquiry about delivery timeframes…nothing. No tracking email, no cushion covered and no reply to my follow up email earlier this week. I do not recommend this company. Shocking customer service and now I really worry about the quality of their products if this is the service they are providing. No reputable Australian company would have such terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

This company has crappy products, terrible customer service an an unconditional no return policy, don't support then.

Fake marble/printed stock was sold to me for real marble price, a TV unit, I saw customer satisfaction guarantee on the website, when I asked them for refund of their fake product, everything was a lie including the product and customer satisfaction!!!
Never trust their products and their announcements.

Do not be fooled by the comment "your refund was processed" There was no REFUND. The truth is American Express processed a back charge as when I did receive my order it was very very different to what they advertised and what I actually received. I wanted the items picked up as I was completely fooled by their fancy website.
Clearly, they were unable to dispute the back charge and have left me with office furniture which is absolute rubbish.

I ordered an office desk and chair to the value of almost $9k on March 3rd 2026. On April 24th I was sent an email stating “…keep your phone close…” as my order will be delivered soon. It’s now May 20th and still nothing. Reading the responses to these negative reviews and they are all the same wishy wash words and the same dialogue that I have received. I have lodged a chargeback from American Express as it seems this company is a scam with a capital S!

Scam Ordered the beautiful amber opal essence vase. Received a poor qulity chunky brown hollow lump of glass. Rubbish.

I purchased a bar trolley nearly four months ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. Every time I’ve inquired over the past three months, I’ve been told it’s held up in customs, which I find increasingly hard to believe given the length of the delay. To make matters even more frustrating, two months after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback on the product and service, even though I hadn’t received the item. This lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would never order from this company again and would caution others to think twice before doing so. I believe this is a scam!

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I ordered one item back in January and still have not received the package (mid March). Shipping was advertised as 7-10 business days for small items. Where is it? No communication or updates on what was happening until I sent a follow up email. Still no item. Will it ever come? Buyer beware.

We recently purchased natural stone bathroom accessories from Victoria Queen, and we are absolutely thrilled with our order.

The quality and detailing of the products are exceptional. Even better in real life than in the photos. The stone has a beautiful finish, and you can genuinely feel the craftsmanship. They have already elevated the overall look of our bathroom.

What truly stood out, however, was their customer service. Jasmine assisted us with a minor sizing misunderstanding on one of the items and responded promptly with a clear and generous resolution. The issue was handled immediately and professionally, which gave us great confidence in the brand.

It’s rare to find both premium product quality and such attentive client engagement. We’re very impressed and would definitely recommend Victoria Queen.
