No delivery, no refund

Delivery did not move for days after payment, i was told to wait then was told there was an operational issue. Then came the cancellation and refund. Days until customer service comes back with a general reply that doesn't help. All in all over a month for having nothing, no product nor refund. Will take this further...

It has been more than a three weeks since I…

It has been more than a month since I placed the order and I have not received it yet. This unacceptable and I will raise a complain. Not even my money is refunded and theyre asking me for my feedback like the order has been received .

Product selection is good but delivery and call centre support need to be imroved

Product selection is good, Customer service support via chat is good. Their UAE phone number doesnt work. Lot of uncertainty in the buying process. No update on delivery schedules, but it was quick delivery . Only delivery and no installation. I actually got exhausted assembling the box I bought.

Feedback on shopping experience

First of all thank you for your services. You have some amazing range at decent pricing, providing overall value. However below are the big challenges I faced.

1. Installation - it was mentioned that installation is not provided, even with the large furniture items. It was a nightmare to install the heavy pieces with a right expertise. If you do not have facility or resources to provide installation, it should be clearly mentioned while shopping. Or better charge extra and provide.

2. Third party courier - the courier tracking is not clear. I ordered a table and stool set. Stool set came and tracking not showing where is the table. I had to chase Aramex for 3 days to get the table, after the stool set is received.

3. No customer care or contact number to reach out Vida XL. It was extremely difficult to find out how to reach out to Vidaxl for after sales service, as basis as shipment update. After lot of digging, I found one number, which was never reachable.

Before placing order i checked when is…

Before placing order i checked when is delivery date, it said 1 to 2 days.. ... after 4 days i checked said still in transit, then vhecked the next day.... same story, then i get email saying my order is delayed till 10th of december, when i ordered on the 3rd, contacted customer service, same story (sorry for delay) then again i get email asking for my address, like they going to deliver lol ... nothing again, plus i provided my address begore check out and it is in order confirmation email they send me. All i can say they playing games, if anyone recieved anything then i would be surprised....STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, ..... 12 th december still in transit LOL... customer service just repeats same story, plus they can't do refund because order in transit and i can refuse delivery only then you get refund, what happens if you don't recieve your order, ....that means no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM .....

Don’t rely on customer service.

I consulted with the customer service at Vida XL for the delivery times for the goods that I wanted to purchase. I was told and assured two days maximum. I ordered the goods on that basis and after five days one table arrived. Still do chairs and still no clear indication when they will arrive. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service to get more information, but I was completely wasting my time. Customer service is almost non-existent. The table that was delivered was made of relatively good teak, however, the overall construction was not great. If you have alternatives, please consider them before going down this route.

Incompetent and unprofessional delivery and update of…

Incompetent delivery and update of order. Ordered last Nov and got the update that my order has been cancelled a day after the agreed delivery date. I even follow-up several times and all promises until I got a notification that order has been cancelled ruining my plans.

Disappointed with quality amd durability. Not worth the money.

I bought a pull-out bed from VidaXL, and the wood broke while assembling it. The quality is very poor and definitely not worth the money. The bed feels unstable, shakes constantly, and doesn’t seem strong enough to safely hold weight. It feels like it could break at any moment. The wood is nowhere near the quality they claim it to be.

Seems to be a scam

They sent me an email saying my shipment was on the way, with a tracking code. It was supposed to arrive on Monday, on Wednesday I tried to track where it was. Their site wouldn’t let me track it, it initially said I had to have an account to track? So I created an account using my details that they have. My account said I’d never ordered anything? I then tried the customer service bit, but it said I’d failed the security check because I didn’t know my zip code, there’s no such thing in the UAE. So this set alarms going. So now alarm bells are ringing. I then, after much hassle get transferred to a supposed human. They assure me my order is on the way, and tell me how I can track it, that again didn’t work. So they then share a link, it’s to Aramex, it shows a package in transit. Sort of. But it doesn’t say where it’s going, who it’s going too, where it’s coming from. The only detail it has is a tracking number, and that bares no resemblance whatsoever to the one these people sent me. Not only that, the number doesn’t appear on any email they sent me. So it appears to be fake.

Edit, after seeing their response, which is clearly copy pasted, I’m even more disgusted. It’s an out and out lie that I never contacted them, I contacted them dozens and dozens of times, as my review above mentioned.

Not very good quality, but in relation with the price
Installation sheet not very easy to understand , and no pre-marking so, little bit of own DIY is required and modifications after finishing

Delivery big delay

The item I bought was sent in 2 different parcels, the first parcel arrived with 2 days delay (7 days after the order) and the second parcel with 7 days delay (12 days after the order). I would say that if you need to get your order delivered quickly you should order elsewhere.

Continued terrible service by Vida XL

Continued terrible service by Vida XL. After promising me replacement items over 2 weeks ago, and saying they were dispatched over one week ago, I called them this morning and apparently the order was 'rejected' due to technical issues. This has been ongoing torture at this point and extremely disappointing. Constantly promised a call back from the 'escalation team' and 'manager' but have never once been called or emailed despite what the customer service agent say. Continued awful service.

we have checked your order which was delivered last March (8 months ago ) as an exception we already provided you with a full replacement for the orders you requested indeed and the replacement should arrive in 5 business days, however you are already out of cooling period

I really understand your situation but I know that you have got now the isolation you were looking for.

Updated review on my order

As a follow up to previous posting .. I have written 3 emails asking for an update on my delivery and nobody is responding or reacting to.my emails
I am still hoping that this company is real and not a scam

Update: finally the issue with the shipment and installion were resolved and now i can enjoy my new set . Special thanks to khaled who ensured that I get the support needed ..hopefully the quality of the product will stand in the harsh enviroment in Dubai

Pathetic services

Pathetic services. There is no human interaction. Tried to contact them and every time the same machine answered emails. “We tried to call you on your number but didnt reach you”.
How come??? My number is working and i have not receive any call.

I am so disappointed and this is my first and last order from this site.
