Bed frame quality of finishing is very low

Worst company ever - bad quality and service
Worst company ever.
I purchased a coffee table from vidaxl.ae- it came with scratches on almost every part. I immediately send them pictures and asked for a refund. Nothing happened! So I chatted with them again and the support promised me that within 24 hours someone would contact me - again nothing! So I contacted them again and surprise surprise - nothing!
Then I requested a callback, which I never got. This morning I emailed again and still no one answered me!
I don’t know if this company is a scam or just has the worst customer service on the planet.
But what I know is that I only get false promises, have no refund and a completely scratched coffee table at home!
Please whoever reads this - do yourself a favor and DON’T EVER BUY FROM VIDAXL
