Bought second hand binoculars
Bought second hand binoculars. Still expensive but they have been extensively rebuilt with good details provided. Only issue is I dont know what if any guarantee their is for them. My fault for not asking but nothing in provided paperwork to help my understanding

Binocular strap
The service by Viking was good, but the reason it didn't get the full 5 stars was because the postage cost was high and the item was a hard material made in prc. I was tempted to return it, but i would have been left out of pocket, and with no strap.

Repair and service of Kowa TSN773 telescope
My ten year old Kowa TSN773 telescope needed a repair to the eyepiece bayonet fixing. I was given three options and decided to have it fully serviced as well as repaired. After a couple of days use, l am very pleased by the repair and clarity of the images. Good overall quality of customer service too. Thank you, Team Viking.
