I bought 4 brilliant T-shirts from Vinylvibes. The quality was superb but I ordered the wrong size unfortunately (my own rose tinted glasses!) I messaged them and thought I wasn’t getting replies. I was getting frustrated but it turned out their immediate response had gone to my junk. They were superb and have sent me 4 new T-shirts and let me keep the smaller ones (I’ll gift those to my son!) Great customer service. I think the bad press they may be getting is down to people’s email firewalls.

Received an incorrect item, and instead of starting a return procedure, I was offered to keep the wrong item and to also receive the correct one without xtra costs

For the moment l have only given ⭐️ ⭐️ because l have sent 3 messages via their website requesting sizing info. To date l have not received a response. Their website states the size chart is on the product page, but can l find it for T Shirts…no. I just want to find out the chest size for L and XL. The ⭐️ ⭐️ is for the product range and not cust service.

Snelle verzending. Nadat het pakketje bezorgd was, bleek dat ik per ongeluk een maat s had besteld in plaats van een maat L. Alles is via mailverkeer opgelost en binnen een week lag de goede maat in de bus!

The 2 I have received are not the quality I would expect for the price.

Alles is keurig opgelost!

Bought 2 as gifts. Low quality - certainly not worth £30. Also stuffed in small packaging so badly creased. I’d avoid!

I received the t-shirt which was a gift . Not as described on the photo. Very cheap material and is not as the images described.
I feel a bit cheated as it cost over £30 to buy .
A few washes and it will be faded and out of shape . Please change your photos so you do not dupe customers into buying what they think is a quality product !!! Not happy

Failed to deliver on a number of occasions - apalling service

Vinylvibebesttees.com are an excellent company for T shirts, the customer service is 2nd to none , don’t go to Backstageorinals.com , their Tees are seconds and all the wrong sizes

This company has the best customer service! First of all, I ordered 2 shirts, that ended up being too big. I contacted them via email and they responded right away. I asked for the return process and told them that I needed the same shirts in a smaller size. They contacted me, confirmed the new size, and placed an order for 2 more shirts. They asked me to keep the original order and donate or gift them! I did not expect this kindness and I appreciate their generosity! I will definitely be purchasing more items from VinylVibes Tees. Thank you again for your customer service.

Fantastic customer service! Norwegian Post Office messed up the delivery, but VinylVibes promptly checked the tracking status, found the package was stuck or lost somewhere, and promptly sent me a new package! Customer service at its best! Trustworthy and effortless!
