The item did NOT get delivered by the estimated date. It was a week and a half early! What was delivered was exactly what was ordered. I was very happy with the purchase, and would absolutely purchase it from this seller again.

Excellent Service by Virventures. I purchased one order from this company on Feb 21st and was thrilled to know the item was arrived with in 3 days.

My daughter was so excited to open the package and so as me, only disappointed to see that it arrived in broken condition.

I immediately contacted Walmart who put me thorugh Virventures Customer Service, who promise to resolve the issue soon.

Due to work commitments I was unable to reach Virventures for next 5 days to find out the status of damaged item and to my surprise I found the replacement item to be right in front of my door and an email stating. You can discard the damaged item as we have shipped a replacement in brand new condition at no extra cost.

I never felt inconvenience in this transaction and i wish this company all the best since they are doing a great job.

Price gouging is a term referring to when a seller increases the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair, and is considered exploitative, potentially to an unethical extent. Usually this event occurs after a demand or supply shock.

I would think twice about doing business with a company like this.

Everything was delivered in great condition and as pictured. Received in 3-4 days.

Customer service was exemplary. Would love to purchase from Virventures again.

We ordered a garage shed for over $3000 from Walmart. However, after ordering we found out the seller was actually Virventures. The item was defective with misdrilled holes and can't be put together. We called the number in the package which turned out to be the manufacturer. They gave us the number to Virventures. The customer service of Virventures STINKS!! They keep giving us the run-around. We have complied with everything asked for, pictures and an explanation of the issue. We have also sent the info to the manufacturers email at uspolymersinc. They are no help either.
We have a return window of until March 14, 2020. And from what I read from others, they will keep postponing until it's past the return date.
I have contacted Walmart and their customer service rep is helping to take care of this issue. Who can afford to lose over $3000?? This company is a scam. Beware!!!

The first company ever that made me go online a write a bad review.
I ordered 2 floor lamps on Walmart's website on December 2nd, 2019 (more than 3 months ago).
After 2 weeks(!!) I get 2 totally different floor lamps. I opened the first box to make sure that the item is wrong, saw that the second box has the same label, and called Walmart to replace the items that were wrongly sent to me. The Walmart's customer representative gave me Virventure's phone number and told me to deal with them since they are the vendor - and then the fun began.
I call Virventure's "wonderful" customer service. They answer. They tell me to email them a picture of the received items with the order number. I do it. A week later I call them to ask whats up with my return, they tell me they're still processing. After I email them again, they tell me that the original lamps I purchased from the website are out of stock and there is no ETA for it. I decide that I don't want anything to do with this company and I just want to get reimbursed for this bad, bad purchase. They say okay and tell me they'll send a UPS guy to pick up the wrong items. The UPS guy comes with ONE label and takes one box. Left with 1 box, I call dear Virventure again to ask for my money, they say that i'll have to wait until the product gets to their warehouse (we're in January 21st 2020 already at that point. Remember that I made the purchase in December 2nd, 2019?)
Today, February 18th 2020, after many emails asking for my reimbursement, I get an email from Vir ventures saying that the product was finally received in their warehouse. THANK YOU!
But oh, WAIT! Now they tell me that I have to wait until they "verify" the item. THE PACKAGE THEY PICKED UP FROM ME WAS NEVER UNSEALED AND STILL HAS ALL THE LABELS ON. Also, for some reason they didn't feel the need to "verify" that the items they shipped me were the items I actually purchased. Very odd.
I'm sure you're asking yourself what happened to the other lamp that the single-labeled UPS guy was unable to pick up. Well, it's been lying on my bedroom floor, alone and abandoned, waiting for the messiah to pick it up and deliver it to Vir venture's awesome warehouse. Hopefully he'd also be able to "verify" the product on his way there.
I never thought I could hate on a company this much. I REALLY hope they go bankrupt.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ordering through this company on Amazon. They sent the wrong item, then required me to pay return shipping for it, then did not refund the full amount of the purchase OR the return shipping amount. Phone calls get the runaround and handed off to someone else. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

do not ever buy from this company. they are scammers. we purchased six chairs with dinner table. 600 usd a pair of chairs. two chairs were badly damaged, leg split in a half and an arm rest with broken parts so that they can't be assembled. When we contacted the seller, they ignored us totally for some ten days. Then they started a campaign of lies, offering to keep those broken chairs for 10% refund...........what can you do with broken chairs???? We requested a replacement as we purchased a set of six chairs for dinner table. So we requested a replacement. Then they offered to return the chairs but no replacement was offered as they are supposedly out of stock. I went to the website and found they had plenty of them is stock.They did not want to replace as we purchased around Christmas with some not huge but still discount. They wanted us to repurchase the two chairs for a full price now. Absolutely terrible quality control and customer service is awful. Save your money and energy and buy somewhere else.

I ordered a sectional from sofamania with the google shopping app on black Friday. I immediately got a fraud email from my bank and it listed virventures in the transaction description. It was for the exact amount of my transaction so I approved it and continued to place the order. My confirmation email from google then tells me I have ordered from Vir Ventures and my couch will arrive by December 10th. It also says I won't be charged until it ships. Simple right? Well no. Fast forward to December 2nd and I see the pending charge on my bank account which to me indicates the item is shipping. I then get a phone call on December 3rd from a man who doesn't identify himself or his company. He is very hard to understand but eventually I get what he's saying. He asked if I placed an order through google marketplace to which I hesitantly said yes. He then told me to cancel my order, make sure I get my money back and sorry about that before hanging up. I immediately hopped online and contacted google. In the chat the rep said he sees no indication that my order has been canceled, reassured me that I'll receive the sectional on the 10th and really tried to dismiss me. He reflected my questions about why I was contacted by the vendor, gave me the vendor's website and phone number telling me to contact them which I did to no avail. Customer service is not Vir Ventures strong suit. I got the same man at 3 different phone numbers and he either forwarded me to an answering machine or told me to email customer service. Finally I got a phone number for google's customer service. At least the woman I talked to understood my concern. She said the vendor should never contact customers directly and I shouldn't be seeing a charge on my account until the item ships. On the morning of December 4th the charge was gone from my account so at least that's a plus. I now don't want the sectional because I'm afraid after reading the real reviews here of people who purchased from a marketplace site like I did. Your orders are being farmed out!

Very happy with turn-around time. Shipment box was not packed very securely. No words for this seller. Highly recommended.

Despite being given an estimated 1 week delivery time frame, we actually received this in 4 business days which was a great surprise and made us very happy!

I ordered an item on June 27, 2019 that was allegedly shipped on July 1, 2019, I’m yet to receive it. Sears Vir Ventures has remained incommunicado. Customer service in its worse form. Numerous emails to them have gone unanswered. CS agents give promises of escalation but nothing is done.

I purchased 2 adirondack chairs from Virventures and one arrived very damaged. They have failed to send a return shipping label (or confirm i can dispose of the item) for over 5 days, so i have been stuck with a huge box in my front hallway. They also have failed to deliver the replacement that i requested. Virventures should take responsibility when they deliver a damaged product, instead of adding to the inconvenience caused by their failure.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in any business dealings. Vir Ventures, a Sears Marketplace Vender, has been telling me for 10 days the same answer, and I quote”you will definitely get a refund within 24 hours!” We had to return an item that was damaged by the FedEx driver upon delivery. We did not accept delivery and had FedEx return the item. After as many as a dozen phone calls to Sears.com, FedEx and Vir Ventures we keep getting the run around without any refund for an item that we never even received. Vir Ventures customer service reps do not speak clear English and do not listen to the concern. They just kept repeating “please wait 24 hours and you will get a refund “. It has now been 10 days, NO REFUND!

Product is beautiful, easy to put together, arrived early, and looks great in my living room. Great customer service they ensured that I had a good experience with their company.
