Disgusting company. When I find out how to report I will and I’ll also be reporting to my credit card company, completely unethical.

Scammers! They did the same to me. $7 would be debited, that became €107... Because the previous ETA (which was ordered via the official website) turned out to be wrong at the airport (even though I received a confirmation email that everything was fine), we had to request an ETA again at the airport, which turned out to be via the wrong site. Money gone and missed flight.=( Sick about it! Tip: Be alert with your citizen server number. I've had the mistake of seeing the zero for an 'o'. I only found out at the airport and it was too late.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SAID IT WILL COST $7 EACH, AS I THOUGHT IT WAS THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT SITE, ITS NOT....................................

THEY HAVE TAKEN £292.77 FROM MY BANK.

Since What has happened I have reported this awful scammer to the UK NCA and interpol.

I hope the Spanish police visits them as they are located in Madrid.....

SCAM. My credit card was charged $99USD when my boyfriend applied a few days ago. I didnt realize what site he was on otherwise I would have stopped him. Note to the rest: only purchase via official Government of Canada website.

Really bad non-service. Ofcourse they have the very small letters in the footer that they are not related to the Canadian Gouvernment. But my husband paid US 99 for something what should have cost CAN$7. And i'm quite sure that they don't mention the price anywhere at the paying entry because otherwise all the bells had been ringing and he would have stopped his apply. Perhaps the creditcard company can help.

SHOCKING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT LOOKS OFFICIAL BUT IS A SCAM IN THAT THEY CHARGE SEVERAL TIMES OVER FOR SOMETHING WHICH ACTUALLY COST 7 CANADIAN DOLLARS.

THERE IS NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE WHERE THEIR COSTS ARE EVEN POSTED.

I WILL REPORT THEM TO A CANADIAN OMBUDSMAN

Applied for eTA in a rush and did not realise this was not the official site. Got charged €69 for a visa that costs €7 euro. Lesson learned!

BEWARE! Whatever you do don't use this company to obtain a visa to visit Canada! It makes itself look like the official Canadian visa site but it most certainly isn't. It takes you through a process where it takes your payment before completing the final details. What it doesn't tell you is how much it takes (they do but it's in very small print and obviously done so you don't see it). A whopping cost of £69 is taken from your account for a visa that costs approx £5 on the official Canadian visa website. What they are doing is nothing less than robbery though they'll tell you that all the information, including the charge, is on the website - albeit in very small print! DON"T USE

This company are scammers and providing no service whatsoever for an extortionate fee - disgusting and do not go anywhere near them. They refuse to refund money for providing nothing!

This company are scammers, I was in a, get everything done mode and missed that this website did not have .ca at the end, so was not the official site, and had no idea I had been scammed until I saw that my credit card had been charge $100 for what should have only cost $7 CAD, I just hope that the highly inflated eta actually get's me into Canada, this is just so wrong, I travel a lot and this is the first time I have been scammed by an eta company, this website looks so legit, I guess I just have to take this as a lesson learned and hope karma catches up with these thieves :(

Scam in all aspect...should not be allowed to operate.I have failed to read the small print (unusal for me) and after being charged $55 , I decided to go on the official site and within two minutes got the ETA and only $7!!!
Theses guys are a disgrace and avoid at all cost.
I wonder if taking legal action for having your details should be considered !

What a joke !!! Process is slow and makes no sense. Basic the eta visa took so long we ended up flying to a border city and crossing by car. So what’s the point of this visa ? Rip tourist off , giant scam.

My parents, like many older people, are not particularly internet savvy and were tricked by this website which is clearly deliberately designed to get people to pay a completely unnecessary US$69 service fee. Canada eTa Application Service hides the fact that you can apply directly to the government for a visa for $7 in tiny print at the bottom of the screen. Really disgraceful and unethical behaviour, designed to operate just on the right side of the law while being completely immoral.

Only realised when I saw my bank statement that I had been scammed. this outfit is based in Spain and has nothing to do with the Canadian gov.

Surprises me that the Canada government allows these people to operate. This is also the issue of your data including bank details being handed over to a third party outfit. I am considering stopping my credit card.

Please Avoid at all cost, they are rip off

Applied for Canada eTA on line via their website,
During the transaction process the charges was showing that the eTA costs $7USD, to my surprise I was charged £71 British Pounds. I did not realise this until I checked my bank statement.I tried to contact them by their email address, as that is the only method of contact they have. Tried to ring my bank to retrieve the money with no successs. So please, please, please, learn from my mistake.

I just wonder why Canadian authorities are still allowing these sort of agency to operate.

STUPID ETA. Didn't know about until it was to late. I had to book another flight. Just because they want to make money off of people going through there airport. In the future I will avoid any flight through Canada.

SCAM ALERT!!! It is embarrasing that these websites havent been shut down yet!
They overcharge for a simple ESTA and make their website look legit.
Please do not fall victim to these scammers

This is a company based in Madrid and has nothing to do with the Government of Canada. They have google adverts that trick people into thinking you are using the official site, you enter the details and the money is taken before they confirm their extortionate “fee”. They charged over £200 for 4 visas which should have been only £16.

We email them immediately to cancel and confirmed that we have used and obtained the visa’s on the official site. Their response was a template they send all their victims and it states no refunds are given.

We have contacted our bank who are doing a charge back to recover the funds, this company is not complying with “consumer contract regulations” and I dread to think where our personal details will end up and so we are also reporting them for probable breaches in GDPR.

I have tried to get Ets instead of 7 Canadian dollar they charged me 54 pound.
Luckily I have checked my credit card online and realized.
I emailed to them and asked to stop processing.
And my bank hopefully will stop money to leave the account.
Because still pending.
They have done dozens.
They are low level of thieves.
