My favorite online jewelry company, Shipping is very fast, no complaints, highly recommend!!!!!!

i love it so much it’s literally the best y’all should buy jewelery from them!

The first time I ordered from here it was fine, I got the double chain opal choker necklace and it came nicely and even had a pretty velvet baggy. The chain kinda broke easily so I fixed it and never wore it too tight after that tho.
This second time around I got the rose quarts one for a friend and was very upset by how it arrived, its pretty but the chain was already broken as if someone wore it, broke it and tossed it in the package to send off to me. No little bag, just a broken necklace bunched in the bottom of the package it was sent in. I can fix it easily but I expect a lot better when I order items that are supposed to be "beautiful and hand made".

I ordered 3 necklaces on December 13 received the item on January 13th and guess what I got a ring set that I didn’t order

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered several pieces of jewelry for Christmas gifts on November 24. It’s now January 6 AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED!!! I have emailed several times and finally got an answer ensuring me that they sent the package on December 18. What they SHOULD HAVE SAID was that they simply filled out a shipping order on December 15 and didn’t actually mail it until yesterday, January 5 (just got tracking update from USPS). When it finally arrives on Monday, we’ll see if it’s correct and all there. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM VIVAMACITY AGAIN. EVER!

I ordered a necklace for a friend of mine on December 6th and I asked if they could ship it to me by December 22nd. I still haven't got it, it's been nearly a month. I've been texting them on their Instagram page and no response. I suggest not buying from this company.

I placed my order on December 3rd in order for my niece to get the jewelry she wanted for Christmas. My order shows the "shipping label" was created and the items are on their way to a USPS facility. That was 2.5 weeks ago! The company won't answer my emails and there's no phone number to call. What a scam!

Ordered in NOVEMBER! Christmas Eve is 2 days away and they have not even shipped my package yet. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Do not bother buying from here. On top of that, they do not respond to any customer e-mails. Don't even bother, put your time, energy and money else where.

I see that Vivamacity responded taking no ownership. Yes I did finally receive my package, in late January. 2 months later. No excuses.

This company has terrible customer service and is a scam. DO NOT order from them! I ordered over a month ago and am still being assure it will be here before Christmas while the tracking information indicates that a shipping label was created over 2.5 weeks ago and nothing else has happened since. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this one is well deserved! Now a little girl won't have a Christmas present thanks to this terrible company and limited budget!

Checkout billing address issues. probably due to overseas purchase just use paypal and it'll work. Your card might take a week to get refunded. I addressed the issue and received reply with explanation.

Probably isn't their fault that my package got delayed but the package was busted up a bit. Thats most likely the post office. But i ordered 3 necklaces and they all came in the same pckage so when I opened it up there was just a giant knot of chains. One ended up breaking. The crystals are okay I guess but theres no way they were "handmade." Overall I'm not overly impressed.

I ordered a ring for my grandma 3 weeks before here birthday and she was in the hospital and when her birthday came around the tracking still said processing. She died 3 days later. This “company” will take your money and scam you.

I have ordered a necklace 2 months ago, still no sign of being anywhere close, they wont even answer my emails...

DO NOT USE ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPT PAYPAL. They will scam you and paypal will be your only hope to see a penny of what you spent.

I love this site. They have the cutest products and I haven’t been disappointed once. I’ve ordered around 8+ things from them now and I have gotten everything from them within a week or 2. The quality was great and sometimes better than I imagined. I will continue to order from them as much as I can. Plus, they give amazing discounts!

Had no problem with shipping but I am very disappointed with the quality of my items. On the website they depict a shiny beautiful florite wand and what I got was a dull almost cloudy or unpolished mostly green one. And is much smaller than I expected. Doubt if I will order from them again... too bad too as I was very excited....

I've ordered several pieces from Vivamacity and I've never been disappointed once. I even lost a charm on my necklace once and it was a simple and easy process to get it replaced. I recommend this site to anyone looking for unique quality jewelry.
