I ordered from Australia so it took over a month to get to me. The ring was bloody beautiful! Looks just like the photos on their website but.... It looks cheap ASF because of the silver. I paid $124 for this ring and was very disappointed. Hard regrets for paying that much, I feel like a dill. You would get better quality at Pandora! The three stars is for how beautiful it looks, because it is stunning. The silver just looks so fake. I'm really scared to wear it because of the review about it turning green. I don't know how they got the great reviews on their website. Definitely not worth the money.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! I ordered a size 5 ring and it is way too big and all of my rings from other places are a 5. Also, the ring I bought looks absolutely nothing like the picture advertised online or on Instagram. In addition, they told me refunds are against their policy but they can issue me store credit, yet their website says "easy returns." I am pretty sure that implies refunds. DON'T SHOP HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAMMY WEBSITE.

I placed my order back in April so it did take over a month to eventually get to me, the reviews made me nervous that I got scammed but I finally received it and I'm now very happy with my necklace.

Delivery took quite long, about 30 days, but I received all the items I ordered in top condition, they're some of my favorite jewelry

I never receive item over one month passed. Customer service ignore me. Do not use this company. They gave me the track number which is false and also I suspect this company call US post office to return the item to Vivamcity. Its a scam !!!!! Please use paypal for your safety and your can claim your money back............ SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY

Ordered wrong size ring. Returned unworn ring to address customer service provided. Tracking shows they received the ring back (a month ago) but never acknowledged receiving my return and never refunded my payment. Now customer service will not reply to my messages.

My necklace got lost in January. They have been telling me they will refund me over and over again. I have still not received my refund and customer service is horrible.

Ordered my item round many months back, the shipping took quite a while like many weeks, it was supposed to be a gift for myself for my birthday but forget it. Turns out, i ordered the wrong size so i requested for a exchange, sent it back to the stated address, i even checked the address sent was correct 5 times before i mailed it out (it was registered mail) so definitely there was a tracking no. Fast forward weeks and months later, emailed them constantly like once every month then months if they received, there was fast response, but they constantly said they haven't receive?? emailed my country's post office about the parcel and they replied that it WAS DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION I SENT. SO VIVAMACITY SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IT. BUT NO. Just lost 40+ SGD just for the registered article shipping and for the ring. FYI someone on here did stated their "Diamond Crown Ring" could be found on amazon and i found the exact item. I did buy a second ring months later, it came fine. Sketchy.

Items are so cheaply made and worst of all look cheap. You're better off buying forever 21 jewelry. However, packaging was nice and came in a little dust bag.

It wasn't as good as I expected it to be. The products don't look as fancy as they do on the website. Definitely doesn't worth the money...

This site is crap. I order all the time online from many retailers and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered on Cyber Monday, so 11/26/18 and still haven't received my package. My daughter was short 4 gifts and I'm out the money. They say they can't help me because the items haven't been delivered, but there's no delivery date as of yet. I will never use this site again and will post everywhere how awful they are.

Horrible quality. Forever 21 jewelry lasts longer than this. I recently purchased the Oceana Necklace, it came beautifully packed and fast shipping. As soon as I received the necklace, I put it on and wore it for ONE DAY. I didn't shower or applied perfume and the necklace completely tarnished. Just after one day... I immediately contacted Vivamacity and explained this. Their customer service explained the necklaces are made from brass (very cheap metal for the price) and that their "14k gold plated". I've owned plenty of gold plated jewelry before and this has never occurred to me. Do not waste your money, horrible quality. $25 I will never get back, look on Etsy for better products and same price.

I love my products so much!! My Amozonite Silver Necklace and La Lune Ring are just perfect. Their quality is very nice. Due to so problems it took some time to deliver it but they made up to it by sending a surprise crystal pendant. I am so happy with my products. I totally recommend this site for jewellery lovers.
