Village Hall Pub Night
Bought 3 boxed karaoke sets for our Village hall pub night. Exactly what we needed. It was a brilliant night!
Only drawback - the free gift CDs that came with each set are exactly the same so we now have 3 copies of the same gift! But they were free so can't really complain!

Easy transaction
Easy transaction, bargain price, speedy dispatch and delivery. Have not taken item out of box as it is a Christmas present. Assuming that all is present and correct inside.

Terrible customer service - now landfill
Karaoke machine was great to start with, but after 6 months the battery wouldn’t charge. Bearing in mind it cost £75 thought it would come with 12month warranty. It was given as a gift to my daughter so missed the notice about extending the warranty. After 6 months it had a completely dead battery - wouldn’t charge. Contacted repairs directly to be told they would not fix the machine because I hadn’t filled the form to extend the warranty. I argued this and they said it wouldn’t be fair to other customers if they made any exceptions 😂 - implication of ethics here laughable.
I would argue that there is an environmental responsibility on these companies to prevent masses of plastic ending up in landfill. For the sake of a missed bit of admin I now have a useless karaoke machine that I can’t afford to replace. A product like this, at this inflated price, should last a childhood. Not 6 months. Zero stars for environmental responsibility!

Not the same
I've bought this vocal star in the past and have to say it's definitely not made the same. The material is lighter, the sound is not as clear and the socket doesn't go inside the back properly, when trying to push it in, it makes a static noise. Apart from those things, it works. I will be in contact to see if I can get a replacement plug

I was lucky enough to perform in the final of Vocal Star Unsigned 2024 at the pavilion in Bournemouth this past weekend and it was honestly one of the best days of my life. The whole team at Vocal Star are amazing - they worked so hard to put this event together and they are just a really lush group of people. Would highly recommend their services to anyone! 🙂

Bought a machine from these guys and has an issue with one part of it and by God the customer service I received was excellent probably the best I've ever received. Nowadays it is such a novelty to just have someone understand an issue and fix it, all with a great attitude and so so fast also ☺️ I cannot recommend these guys enough and Vocal Star, you need to treasure Ashleigh because she provides amazing customer service ❤️
