Karaoke itself was good and easy to use. the smoke machine, which didn't come with a plug, meaning we couldn't power it. Lighting rig came without a dmx cable. Seems as though a bag of cables is missing.

I had to order a new power lead for my pa speaker & Ashleigh was really helpful.

A little delay with the delivery but that was nothing to do with vocal star and the item I purchased was just what I was looking for my karaoke business.

Product arrived on time, looks good on first inspection, real trial will be on sunday at work. Found the print on the instruction book small,pale and hard to read but I know the basics and will work from there. Seems quite sturdy so fingers crossed.

Ordering easy and quick delivery.

We received the product which we brought for my son's birthday and were very pleased. One of the microphones didn't work and the other had a misaligned battery spring. I contacted customer service and received a very quick response from Ashleigh who was only too happy to send out two replacement microphones which arrived the next day. Excellent service and would recommend on this alone, knowing that you will get a satisfactory outcome regardless of your issue. The product itself was good value for the money.

After some problems initially with them sending the wrong microphone, they have been in touch to rectify the situation and I now have working microphones

Vocal Star is a party-making seamless experience. Super easy to book, recieve, and return the equipment. The karaoke unit was simple to set up. Honestly cannot be overstated what a hit this was at my party -- took it to the next level. Would rent again!

I had lost my remote control for the vocal-star Ultimate and had problems finding a replacement online. After I had ordered another remote (vocal-star 800) and found it didn't work, I made a complaint to vocal-star. They immediately helped me and sent me the correct remote which was delivered straight away. I am now very pleased with their customer service

The best bit was customer service on the phone. Although you have to book/pay online, the choices of delivery are Fridays only. But, that’s not true and it is possible to get next day delivery. The problem here is the website. It all worked well in the end.

I found the software a bit daunting, but my son coped well. We did have a very good karaoke experience. The speaker was sufficiently powerful.
