Voltacon Power Conversion Opiniões

Good support and great product 👍

Great customer service. Andrei was extremely helpful in diagnosing and the issue with my charge controller and promptly resolved the issue!

This firm offered a good price for an item which they said was in stock. I asked for next day collection from their premises. An information gap then ensued where I couldn't collect the goods without an email saying they were ready. Their help system is hit or miss, sometimes calls are answered sometimes not. Email is preferred. It took 4 days to get the pre-paid goods ready for collection. When planning jobs saving a few pounds on the cost of goods may not be worth the hassle.

Apart from some issues with delivery this time, I have no complaints to date and have used the company several times.

Very helpful on telephone, sorted everything I needed.

Easy to use website. Fast delivery.

Delivery took longer than expected, but a professional response to my queries solved any concern.

Easy purchasing, quick delivery and product works as expected. Thank you voltaconsolar !!!

Really impressed with the service received, easy ordering, quick dispatch, competitive prices and after sales service second to none. Thanks Voltacon especially Raul and Andrei

I decided to order 2 Pylontech US5000 batteries to add to my existing 4 which store cheap night rate electricity. I called late on Friday 10th Jan 2025. I dealt with Andrei from the Voltaconsolar.com sales team. He confirmed that they were in stock a would be palleted on Monday (80Kg) for collection by courier and confirmed that they would arrive on Friday 17th. Paid by debit card and they arrived 9 am on the day. Excellent communications and I'm very pleased to recommend them. Thanks also to Andrei.

I wasn’t able to locate the item ( replacement card for a Pylontech battery) in Mexico and you had it and shipped it to me in Mexico faster than the Pylontech distributors in Mexico could!

Brilliant speedy delivery & great product. Thank you

Sensible communication practices for delivery combined with flexibility is very pleasant. Bought from them a few times .always good service . This is not a review of the actual products . Will use them in future .

Voltacon supplied me with a wall charger for my new electric car. The product itself is fantastic and easy to use. The customer service was excellent and I was supported all the way. I would highly recommend this company.

As described, arrived on tim. Good price, what more could you ask for.

The wind had damaged my solar panel array, twisting the alloy beams holding the panels. on the 23/12/2024 12:01, I ordered 8 Rail Connector, 140mm, to strengthen the beams, they were delivered on Tue 24 Dec 2024 11:35, ( one day delivery) this is over the Christmas delivery period, and we are in south west Scotland !!!
Again brilliant delivery and service Voltacon.

Andrew and the Voltacon Team were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They looked at the specification for the roof PV array that we have and advised on replacement batteries and inverter. Of all the people we contacted, they were the only ones who seemed to have the right technical know how. Thanks Voltacon!

From our initial telephone enquiry through to the delivery of our solar panel we were treated to courteous staff.

Great customer service, A fantastic product at a really amazing price! Will use again
Thanks Voltacon
