Seamless Experience
What a seamless experience with Voltshare so far. I had been in talks with Julian for a while and then when the government grant increased, we decided to go for it. We had already had a site inspection by their electrician and between us worked out where the charger would be located. Once we decided that we wanted to move forward, everything slotted into place very quickly. Kerri-Lee is absolutely on it in terms of customer service, we were very impressed. She hurried through our order and had it installed within a couple of weeks, despite having to have the post for the charger manufactured. The installation went really well and we have already had our first guest using it. Really happy with the company and would definitely recommend. Thanks from The Orchard Retreat, Devon.

Speedy and efficient
I had a one week period available for the installation of an EV charger for our holiday cottage. Voltshare carried out the installation on time and left everything looking neat and tidy. This was despite having to dig a trench across a lawn as we wanted the charger well away from the cottage. All the workmen involved were polite and efficient, and the charger is working as promised.

First Class Service
I don’t usually post reviews, but on this occasion I had to make an exception to say what exceptional service we were provided by the Voltshare Team
namely Kerri-Lee who was relentless in dealing with a charger manufacturer’s technical team in resolving an issue that prevented the charger from working at our self-catering property on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. Kerri-Lee was an absolute joy to deal with, got the job done and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Voltshare.

I have to say, that one was a challenge, but there was absolutely no way we were giving up until we had it resolved! Working through a technical issue with a manufacturer can be a lengthy process but getting your charger up and running for you and your guests was our top priority!

Amazing service and price! Sales are very good (as you'd expect), aftersales support is excellent (unusual these days) with almost instant call backs and the installation by their installer was also excellent.

Julian, our sales rep, was extremely helpful & informative during the pre-sale process of the installation of our five car chargers at our holiday cottages and fishing hut. Everything went smoothly, and the scheduling of each installation was tailored around our own timescales. Kerrie Lee was truly exceptional. She guided us through downloading the app, installing it, and setting up each site with remarkable patience and detail. She stayed on the phone until every step was complete. I have to say, I really enjoyed our chat while we worked through it all together. It's honestly one of the best parts of my job, getting to speak to our drivers and making sure they get sorted! A rented car throwing a curveball into the mix can make things a little trickier, but we got there, and that's what counts!
We never want any driver to be left stuck and knowing you felt reassured and in safe hands throughout means so much to us. That's exactly what we're here for!

Voltshare have been absolutely fantastic for us at Tralee bay holiday park! they assisted us with getting 2 chargers installed through a grant scheme and the level of service from the start, with Julian and Alistair was very detailed and communicative. Once it was all finished we were introduced to the very friendly Kerri-Lee who has been a wizard with the customer service side of things and she is also a nice break in the day for a friendly chat too! Highly recommend the company as a whole.

Voltshare is a really impressive business. Everybody I have dealt with at every stage of the on-boarding process has been charming, polite, very human, totally professional and committed, from initial enquiry through to installation and operation. They are genuinely interested in the success of their service to the customer and appear to take responsibility for ensuring that any requirements and requests are satisfied. They promptly answer calls and messages and bring a personal touch to all communication with customers. It is a pleasure to deal with the Voltshare team and I would strongly commend them to anyone considering getting an EV charger which they want to allow guests or clients to pay to use.
