Matty and Owen were both extremely professional, but also very friendly and nice to talk to. They took the time to explain everything in detail and completed the work to a very high standard, making sure that the wiring was really neat and following the existing wiring. Engineers were Matty & Owen. Very helpful and did an excellent job of installation with very little fuss and no mess. Matty also helped with the pairing of laptops and phones and television. Very grateful for this. So far download speeds have been on target.

Jack and Graham arrived on time and got the work done with little disruption. They were polite and friendly. I chose Voneus as I had been waiting 6 weeks for my previous provider to connect my new home. Derry did a cold call the week before and could give me an installation date for the next week. So far all is well I am just waiting for a phone line to connect.

Simon and Aaron were on time, even a little early, they made light of a difficult instal and left the place tidy. More importantly the new internet service is amazing

KGood clear information and good deal. However, I I'm now changing my rating as team were due to 'install' a couple of weeks ago. They turned up an hour early, but meaning I had to rush home, then told me they couldn't do anything as they didn't have the right van. Have heard nothing since. Rang up, and told that they weren't there to install but would get back to me. Still nothing. Absolutely terrible service. So glad I didn't cancel Sky.

Kevin was unbelievably helpful. In fact a life savour. V. Patient & helped with a new router & booster. Took along time but was a total hero. Thanks Kevin 👍😀

Sambulo dealt with our query efficiently and quickly.
Voneus has improved it's customer service immensely.
It used to be absolute rubbish!

Broadband is now worse than when I was with plusnet. I now struggle with teams calls, accessing files online and when I checked internet speed, instead of getting around 600-900Mbps, I was getting 3.5Mbps.

NOKWANDA did a great job following up our query until resolved. She always phoned when promised which was really appreciated. Nice to deal with same person all the way through.
Frustrating we had the query initially but primptky resolved so cannot say fairere than that!

I had a problem with the signal quality of my WiFi so I phoned Voneus and Pearl called me to go through the problem. Pearl logged in to my router and after adjusting settings I am now receiving full quoted signal. Excellent customer service, thank you Voneus and Pearl.

The Voneus installation team were very professional and checked with me about how and where the installation would come into my home. Smooth installation and excellent consumer service from the two installers.

Arrived early and was put in quickly and efficiently. Polite and answered all my questions

We had an ongoing issue with Voneus lasting 14months. Nothing Voneus did fixed the issue and, in that timeframe, the situation just got worse. That was until Jagraj stepped in. Within approximately 48hrs Jagraj took control and solved the issue at the first attempt. He remained in touch with us constantly and nothing appeared to be too much trouble.

Andrew was very polite and helpful and sorted out the problem.

Andrew was verty sympathetic with our issues, and hopefully has been able to sresolve thos issues for us.
