Voneus Broadband Opiniões 

After logging an issue with Voneus we received no call reference or communication from them. It was almost as if our issue didn’t even exist! Slightly disconcerting as it does make you wonder if anyone is even looking into it. After several telephone calls and follow up emails we were finally assigned a call reference but still the issue wasn’t fixed for 10 days and required several follow ups to the helpdesk. Voneus helpdesk continually advised they were unable to see any issues from their side and asked us to simply monitor it. It felt as though Voneus weren’t looking into the problem very thoroughly. The communication from their side was also very poor.

I requested assistance in sourcing a phone cable for my newly installed router. I had sent an e mail and received a telephoned response from Yolonda at customer services. She was able to answer my query and checked whether I had any other concerns. I explained that my daughter would shortly be arriving to complete the setting up of the new system. Yolonda advised me to call her for assistance with any problems and later phoned me again to confirm that her checks showed the system was up and running. I much appreciated her support and offer I assistance.

When I finally got my internet sorted the service I received from Adnah and Chris? the engineer was 5 star. My issue was the wait in getting someone to my property, if they had come a few days earlier I would have given the full 5 stars.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything to me in a way I understood. He kept checking in, letting me know he was still there on the phone while it went quiet doing his technical part at his end. So friendly, patient, helpful and understood what my problem was straight away and sorted it out in no time. Thank you Kevin for your help today.

After a bad experience with another rural WiFi supplier I am so impressed with voneus. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The installation date was booked really quickly at a date and time of our convenience. Installers Marty and Owen were great. Professional, polite and friendly. Did the job really quickly and minimal disruption to my house. Super fast internet running before they left. Highly recommended.

My broadband connection was installed on time without any problems and works with no problems My engineers were helpful and very good this was so much better than my first experience with broadband installation and I was very pleased.

The technician/ assistant (Sambulo) sorted the problems with the browser settings efficiently when reported over the phone: competent customer service.

I contacted customer services around midday on a Saturday with an internet problem I was unable to resolve.I was transferred to technical support and with the excellent assistance of Andiswa the problem was resolved in no time at all. She was patient,
methodical and friendly throughout. Everything resolved
from start to finish within an hour of contact. Outstanding !

Quick and hassle free service. Jack set up everything for my broadband transfer on 26/6. And of course a good deal on the broadband.

Months of poor delivery of service & the time it has taken your company to resolve this issue (IF RESOLVED) is quite frankly appalling.
The requirement to have Mesh routers to enhance T.V streaming & Internet performance. We live in a timber framed building with boarded walls.
Voneus direct quote "Your direct quote: At present, your router is configured to broadcast both wireless bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz) under the same network name. In this configuration, devices will automatically select which band to connect to, and most will prioritise 2.4GHz because it has a longer range, even though it delivers significantly lower performance"
My response NOTE: Customer 1st Experience: Not one attempt just (Sorry or we Apologise, just meaningless Corporate words) no offer of compensation for the distress & turmoil caused by Voneus & for the amount of one's precious time taken up with multiple phone calls & emails attempting to get Voneus to resolve the atrocious Internet speed issues.

Simon and Aaron arrived at the time I was expecting them. They were pleasant and personable, explaining everything they were doing. They showed exceptional attention to detail around avoiding mess and dust when drilling and around the turf they disturbed. Excellent employees, you should be proud to have them

John Coleman was extremely helpful and proactive. I was worried about moving house and setting up new broadband etc, - John made it very easy and straight forward - thank you

Dom and Scott did a great job installing our voneus fibre. They worked around us while we worked from home and were happy to undertake a more complicated cable routing so the router could stay out of site under the stairs.

Pearl was so helpful. She identified the issue straight away - I had caused the problem by resetting the router. She logged in and sorted it within minutes. Absolutely brilliant.

Simon and Aaron were very professional, polite and tidy - really pleased with their work as it was very neat and asked if I was happy with where the boxes were going.

Matty and Owen were both extremely professional, but also very friendly and nice to talk to. They took the time to explain everything in detail and completed the work to a very high standard, making sure that the wiring was really neat and following the existing wiring. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, I'm happy we have switched to Voneus. Thank you

Engineers were Matty & Owen. Very helpful and did an excellent job of installation with very little fuss and no mess. Matty also helped with the pairing of laptops and phones and television. Very grateful for this. So far download speeds have been on target.
