Purchased what looked like a nice £60 cost from a good looking website as a Christmas present for my fiancée. Did this with the expectations of "free returns" as promised on their own website should the product not fit or not be as described (turned out to be both). Ask to return the product but because they're shipped all the way from CHINA they best they could offer was a 10% partial refund. After being told this was not acceptable and reminding them of their own promise on their website of returns I get a counter offer of........ 10% partially refund again.

Now going through my bank to try and get my money back so please I hope someone else sees the terrible reviews this "business" (scam) before they purchase something from them unlike me who only saw them after they took my money.

Absolute shambles of a retailer.

Only thing quick about this company is wanting payment. That is nearly 4 weeks and order hasn’t arrived, according to the tracking it’s still in China waiting to be picked up when we purchased from a UK company.
Totally dissatisfied have asked numerous times for a refund.
Hope the £90 they took from me hurts, this company should be banned.

Dreadful company- do not use. 2 of the 3 sweaters I ordered arrived. Not great quality. Even though I received an email saying all 3 had been delivered, this was not the case. Despite emailing Vorina, submitting several forms the their ‘customer service’ department and trying to call them, I have received no replies. I never usually write reviews but this company is absolutely atrocious. I have nothing positive to say about them

Vorina must be shut. Emails are being returned via 'mailer demon' & phone calls are referring back to website & email.
The conclusion one must draw from this is that this company must have gone into administration. I'm still owed £32.

After posting recently about problems I’ve experienced with this company I am now reading posts from others that emails have been blocked. This has now happened to me. Something needs to be done about this scam if a company.

Never received any goods, when i was online they ordered 2 coats and I could not cancel. They have not refunded my money and i have not received anything. I have advised I have submitted to financial ombudsman
to investigate this company

This company is a total scam !!
Do not use them. The clothes are “expensive “ Chinese rubbish. The sizes are wrong and they look nothing like the photos online. I ordered a jumper which looked knitted but was a slimey fabric of “photographed” knitting !!It took a month to come and how do I return it? To CHINA ?? The return adddress is YunExpress.
That’s just the delivery company. They can’t issue a refund 🤷‍♀️Their customer services is a joke as they blank your emails saying undeliverable. Then send you a discount code to cheat you make another purchase. I can’t stand the stress of “trying” to contact Vorina for refund so it’s going to the RSPCA shop. AVOID Vorina !

It’s a scam, I bought a coat for Christmas arrived well after in wrong colour since and very cheap quality then been trying to return no luck , firstly every time a different person deals or perhaps uses a different name to respond and comes up saying we are looking into and disappears or doesn’t respond. Gave up on them and like to raise awareness for others. Please do not even go there

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Anyway I ordered a blazer £50, but tried to cancel after 10mins, I was told it had already been shipped!! Unbelievable! So approx 3weeks later my blazer arrived, faulty, I requested a refund but was told they do not do return labels & I would have to pay. I paid £20 to return the blazer a few weeks ago & now every time I email the company it bounces back saying no such address. Please don’t waste your money, look on SHEIN first

Items I received were nothing like the style or colour advertised. When I questioned this I was told that the clothes are made in batches and can differ, so putting up fake pictures to make you purchase. Return address is in China with return delivery costs prohibitively similar to item cost. Package came from the midlands in England, not China and not from a company saying based in Holland. Landline does not ever get responded to. Poor clothes, poor service. Would never recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Even giving this company 1 star is me lieing to you. My husband purchased a fairisle jumper for over £30 from this company. Only to receive a tatty nylon jumper nothing to the description on sale. They now refuse to send refund etc. Do not buy anything from here unfortunately. This is my first bad review of anything but I have to warn others.

If I could give Vorina a zero score I would. Awful company. Ordered a fair isle jumper for my daughter for Christmas on 25/11. It didn’t arrive until early January and the quality was diabolical - cheap nylon rubbish - and nothing like the pictures online. We contacted them by email and were told we would have to return to an address in China at our own cost, according to their refund policy. The jumper was £31.45 and postage to China £20+. We returned it - tracked - to the uk address on the packaging at a cost of £5.15. After I told the company this via email my emails kept bouncing back as undeliverable. We realised we would not get our money back so raised a dispute through my bank (Starling) which has worked before in a similar situation.
However the bank would not follow up the dispute as we had not returned the item to China as per the company’s returns policy.
So we are out of pocket by £36.60, not as bad as some of the reviews on here but still really annoying.
This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK.
My daughter saw the Vorina jumper ad alongside M&S jumpers online - the quality looked similar.

The quality of the item was very poor. I returned the item on December 10th 2024 to China at a cost of £17 & have as yet still not had a refund. Customer Service is shocking!!!!

The order was not delivered on time. When challenged the customer services team eventually admitted that the order had not been shipped despite me receiving a tracking number. The customer services team gave multiple false accounts regarding the order delivery. Once received it was poor quality and very small in size. I am now in the process of trying to reach the customer service team to arrange a return and they are not responding. Emails bounce back and the phone line just has an automated "we are not taking calls" message. I will never use this company again!!

Absolute scam!
I ordered two jumpers, it took a month for delivery.
When delivery finally happened, I was disappointed to find that only one jumper had arrived, this is obviously bad, but it gets worse. It's not even one of the jumpers I ordered!
It gets worse again! The quality of the jumper is shocking!! It feels cheap, looks worse and there is no way it was the size I ordered.
I have been trying to arrange a refund for a month now, best I've been offered is 30% ( so pay 70% for the wrong jumper and there is only half an order).
I told them this was not acceptable and now all my emails return unsent.
Horrible product and worse customer service!!
If you have money you don't need , please donate to a charity.

This company is refusing to acknowledge my rights as a consumer and a refund for a coat that not only arrived very late but was not as expected. Terrible service - will now tell other via social media.
Do not use

I ordered a long puffer coat with fur trimmed hood - Total cost was £79.95. When it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the photographs and was such poor quality fabric and and not even worth paying half the cost with missed stitching, poor workmanship and tacky plastic studs! The colour of the fur on the hood was not even as in the photograph and completely different. I didn't even bother trying the coat on! I emailed Vorina immediately the same day asking for a return label and refund - I did receive a reply asking me to send photographs and reasons for return. Eventually, after several attempts, they offered me10% refund as a goodwill gesture. They have now blocked me and my emails just bounce back as undelivered - I am in the process of contacting Trading Standards Office to see how I can obtain a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They guarantee 100% refund if you are not happy with their products - that's a joke! I cannot even make contact with them now and the 30 day return option will soon run out, as they will not answer my e-mails or provide a return label!

Am now in dispute with this business over a promised refund on an Xmas gift
Despite repeated emails they either pass you around or ignore and now I find my emails blocked
DO NOT use this company they are appalling

Goods description was totally misleading and no response received to my complaint. I wouldnt consider wearing it and have given it to a charity shop I wonder if it will finish its life there as a duster.
