Vorina, what a terrible company! My top took 6 weeks to arrive, I chased constantly and the only response I got was it was in transit they didn’t have a clue where it was in the world! Item arrived and I am so dissappointed, it is nothing like the picture of the item on there website, totally different colour red, not the same sparkle, material is nylon and cheap, not worth the money paid and to late for any Xmas or new year celebrations. And now when I write to them and ask to return for refund they do not respond!

Please read reviews before ordering anything from them.
Delivery times advertised 7-9 working days in reality it’s 4 weeks!!!
After waiting 3 weeks and received no communication whatsoever, i contacted their customer service to tell them to cancel my order and send a full refund(Consumer rights!)
Their reply was the parcel is in transit and basically I have no consumer rights even though they lie on their website regarding delivery times! The tracker showed Parcel in transit for 3 weeks.
I sent few more emails but always got the same useless reply!
After 4 weeks parcel has arrived finding that the two jumpers I have ordered look like cheap garbage and worth about £2 each!!!!
They look nothing like on their website, this company is a scam!!
Oh and you can return your items on your own cost to China if you are not happy!!!

Absolutely shocking, no returns yet they say full refund on their webpage .
Would definitely NOT recommend to buy anything from this company.
The coat I purchased looked nothing like the picture, utter crap 💩

I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas, took a month to arrive without any update.
Wanted to return but suddenly went silent, no return address or info despite 4 emails to them.
I assume their policy is to get the 30 day return to run out so they dont have to give a refund.

Bought my wife a coat she had seen from this seller for a present. When it arrived it was obviously not the quality she expected seemed to moult every time she picked it also very static,material more akin to a bed throw than a coat,also ordered a medium (their site said this was 10-12 uk size) more like an extra large.
The company said they would refund the monies if the coat was returned BUT this was to China!!!
The price to do this was as much as the coat cost!!
So my advice is think very carefully before buying anything from this company as they do not seem to adhere to UK trading rules on fit for purpose.

I ordered a deep red coat, from Vorina UK, what a load of rubbish, I ordered on the 12th December received today 28th January, what a joke, coat was not a coat it was a longer than normal fleece, the material was already bobbly on collar and other places, I asked to return, they offered me £3.50, this was an £80 coat in the sale £39.95, I refused, they then offered £7.00, I said I want to return, I was told I had to pay, this would be around £20, because it’s got to go back to China, totally mislead, as I really thought it was coming from UK, I said it’s faulty so they are supposed to pay postage, they said send back and we will decide if it’s faulty, so just between a rock and hard place, so hoping later credit card company will sort it out, in future I will always check first with Trustpilot, before I buy.

My jumper took over 3 weeks to arrive and the workmanship was very very shoddy.
I emailed to ask them how to return and they replied that they DID NOT allow returns!
They offered me 10% discount (£3.50) which I doubt I will receive
NEVER AGAIN!

Placed order on 6 December and despite chasing still not received as at 27 January. Responses from website generic and not helpful. Tracking showing parcel not even left China!!
Paid by debit card so was not hopeful of getting my £80 back. Reported to bank and received refund within the hour.

Poor quality, clothes arrived 26 days after being ordered with holes and pulls in them. The sizes did not match with what was ordered and when I asked to return them for a refund I was told I had to send them to China. They are a rip off company who pose at being a UK company but are not.
My goods were delivered from a warehouse in Cannock but they wanted me to return faulty goods to China which would have cost me £38 for 3 items.
The customer service team are useless refuse to do anything about the faulty goods.
After 10 days of emails and them refusing to send me a free postage label I have now raised a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back.

I ordered a jumper I had seen online for a Christmas present at the beginning of December. Tracking the order 3 weeks later I found out it was coming from China and it hadn’t even left the warehouse so I cancelled the order knowing it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas . The order finally arrived in January, as many reviews have said, it was nothing like the picture and it had threads hanging from it. I could return the jumper to China or I could take a 20% refund, it would cost half the price of the jumper to return. I cancelled the order before if left the warehouse, I didn’t realise it was coming from China as the website is .co.uk, constant emails with the same response (send it back at my cost), jumper not as described and not fit for purpose ! DO NOT ORDER FROM VORINA !!

Its me again. The birthday present that did not arrive 25/1/2025, which was ordered 1/12/24 will now arrive 7/4/2025.

The item I eventually received after 3 weeks was nothing like the image that was shown for sale I could hardly believe it was the same top. Really poor quality, no label inside, came from China hence the long delay. I do not trust this firm and will never buy from them again, I would return the top but reading reviews it's impossible to get a refund. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Absolutely awful. When my mum canceled her order they did not refund her money back. So when trying to send another parcel back the people she was contacting did not help at all. Also lost out on refund for this item too.
Been trying to sort this since the 3rd January.

Dreadful comms, poor quality. Couldn’t return items that arrived late after Xmas as no response despite 3 emails requesting a return label. Do not use this company!

Avoid at all costs! Don't waste your hard earned money.
My jacket took forever to arrive,I asked for a refund twice, I did get a reply but they just repeat themselves.
The jacket looks cheap and tacky, the colour is so different and not at all like the photos!

Absolute scammers! Why are they still allowed to trade? Goods nothing like described and no response whatsoever. I was not aware I was buying from China - absolute disgrace. Hate them / they stole £50 from me that I can’t afford to lose. Lesson learned but when they claim to be a UK Company snd our stupid laws allow it, we are helpless.

The worst company ever! Order placed on 21st Dec 24 received on 23rd Jan 2025. Parcel was travelling from China! Items received different than ordered and presented on their perfect website. Quality is horrible, absolutely horrible! Now in never ending emails correspondence about the refund which is to China on customer cost. They don’t even read properly your emails, they just replay like robots with ready sentences which don’t even relate to your case. The coat I ordered which supposed to be wool ,turned out as 95% the worst type of polyester ever and 5% “ cotton” . Jumper turned out in completely different colour than on website with zero info about the materials.I cannot believe they are allowed to even exist. It is a total scam.

Poor quality Xmas jumper received long after Xmas - ordered in early December. No textile labels at all (illegal?), awful communication and refusal to refund including postage. Will be pursuing full refund through my card provider.

If I could put no stars i would. Shocking company lie after lie refusing to refund my money, no items sent. Not even shipped no idea when it will be. Do not use this company.

Placed an order on the 23/11/24,still waiting. Have emailed on numerous occasions, have asked for a refund several times and still waiting, just get fobbed of. Have now asked for Managing Directors name and email, but still waiting for that.
