After a change of broadband supplier I was unable to connect Monta charge app to mobile & Vorsprung charger for over a week. Customer service talked me through as I could definitely not have done it on my own!! Thank you, excellent service 👏

Easy to use. The installer had no difficulty. Happy with the product

The guy on the phone support took all the time and guided me to set the charger to suit my needs and explained in details, apart from test the answer the the call promptly .

Just had this unit installed and certificated by our electrical contractor and put my wife's ev on first charge which worked perfectly.
Only comment the electrician made was that the front cover had been screwed on far too tightly and he had some difficulty removing it to make his connections. You may wish to consider if it is actually necessary to overtighten during assembly. Very Happy with the product

Installed for a customer who had MG ev. Product is of good quality, but good do with a few design and app changes.
1) Front cover is too difficult to prise off to gain access to the 8 screws holding access cover.
2) Mains cable connection is too far back in unit, making mains connection fiddly
3) App is impossible to connect and use, even with customer service helping.
4) Customer can only use it without app.
A good product with flaws.

I have had an ongoing issue with my Vorsprung EV charger since purchasing it so finally contacted the customer service and spoke with a tech chap Angus who was superb. He talked me step by step how to rest the system and set it up from scratch. Angus was very professional understanding and helpful I would fully recommend him.

We could not have done this without his guidance. Really great customer service that couldn’t be bettered. Until the change of broadband supplier our Vorsprung charger has worked perfectly. Spoke with a technician on the phone. He was very patient, very helpful and very understanding.
He identified the problem and help me to resolve the issue.
My charger is now up and running.

Be careful charger I installed has no built in load monitoring device , compulsory in the UK , have to purchase a separate DLB box and enclosure £100 extra plus installation fee

I was struggling for a while with connecting to the Monta app.

After one phone call, everything was sorted and schedule charging could take place.

The product was ordered yesterday and arrived today. I haven't opened it yet and it certainly hasn't been installed but I must compliment Angus who helped us over the phone and made sure we were buying the right product. Im really impressed with this company so far. Seems like an excellent team.

Spoke with an agent within a few minutes and after another few minutes, my problem was resolved.

I had great experience with the customer rep I spoke with. He helps me with my issue so seamlessly. I was very very grateful for his help. So I had to give him a 5*.
